It was awful.  It took almost 2 weeks just to get someone to come out, after they canceled once.  Then when Jim came out, he was unbelievably rude. He was condescending and spoke to us like idiots.  He seemed angry that he had to do a service call. Our dryer was clogged with lint and was not working.  We do not know anything about appliances, which is why we called in for services. He blamed us for being negligent and irresponsible, since the dryer was not working to to lint issues. It was beyond unprofessional. He was already there when I arrived, since my husband had let him in, and he did not greet me or say anything to me.  He walked past me as if I was not even there. We will never recommend this service to anyone and will not use them again.

This was second time for same problem. first First fix lasted maybe 18 months, second fix lasted 7-8 months. The problem fixed was same each time. I did research and found problem would be preventable if extra part installed, they said they would do that, I dont know if they did. Seems like they didnt because 2nd fix for EXACT SAME PROBLEM lasted far less. For the amount of money I paid twice, i believe they should have gone outside their tiny warranty period and fixed it RIGHT so I would not have to waste MY TIME, fixing it a third time in less than 3 years. I would never do business this way and am a small business person. i STAND BY MY WORK AND GIVE PROPER WARRANTIES. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND vt sevices TO ANYBODY. THEY GET ALOT OF WORK FROM BIG RETAILERS AND MAYBE THEY DONT RESPECT SMALL CUSTOMERS.?

Brought the laptop in on Tuesday, 9/16.  Was charged $45 at that time.  Called on Friday to find out what was happening.  Was told they had to order parts.  Called again the beginning of the following week and was told they had just ordered the parts.  Called again on Friday, 9/26, and asked what the status of the computer was and after they checked, was told it was ready to be picked up.  I was very annoyed that I had to do all the calling.  Upon picking up the computer that day, was charged the additional $225.91.
When checking my credit card statement on line a couple of days later, found they had charged my card for the balance the day before I picked the computer up (although they did not bother to call to say it was ready) and charged the card again when I picked it up.  When I called about the double charge, was told I must be wrong whereupon I said I was looking at my statement as we spoke.  She then transferred me to Sandy who did eventually fix the error.

I thought it was dead and they saved me the cost of buying a new laptop and a lot of aggravation. I brought it in at 9:00A.M. and had it back by 2:30P.M. on the same day. Very friendly and professional service. I was thrilled with the result at a very reasonable price.
