UPSTAIRS DOWNSTAIRS CLEANING SERVICE

Excellent. I filled out an online request for a quote and Jill called me back right away. Their price was good and even when I called back to add a room the price did not go much higher. I was very pleased with the work that the team did and have continued to use them. It's the same team each week. The house is noticeably clean and shining when they're done and looks great. They were accommodating of the time I needed them to arrive. Highly recommend.

Silvia and Zaneta showed up right at the scheduled time and got right to work.  They started with the upstairs and did a very thourough job with every room they were in.  Dusting/ polishing furniture, vacuuming (getting underneath the beds) and bathrooms.  They did an awesome job just cleaning things that haven't been touched in a long time.    Then they did the second floor living area (kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom) and were just as impressive.  They finished up in the amount of time that I had been quoted and before leaving they went out of their way to ask if there was anything else that I wanted cleaned.  When I requested that they clean the inside of the refrigerator, they agreed and spent an extra fourty-five minutes getting it done.  I have been more than happy with the job they did and will gladly come up with a cleaning schedule for them to do regular visits.   The two of them are an impressive cleaning force that are very professional and trustworthy.  I am a very satisfied customer and thanks to Angie's list for having them as a choice of cleaning companies!  A++++++++++++

I have used this company for many years and appreciate the fine job they do.  I filled out an eval about a month age..not sure if you looked at it.

They are always on time and very efficient and courteous.  I have them in every other month and always ask for the same crew -- Dana and Maggie.  They are the BEST ! ! !

Dana and Maggie arrived on time and proceeded to scope out the condo, as they would have to work around my Mom who is in a wheel chair.  They worked around her very successfully.  Each and every room was cleaned to perfection; down to the smallest detail.  They didn't miss a thing ! ! !  The cleaning products that they used did not leave that horrible antiseptic smell but instead a clean, fresh scent that was not overpowering.  They moped anpd buffed the hardwood floors so that they had a high gloss finish.  An excellent and very professional service ! ! !

I was not satisfied with the job. I normally like team cleaning. They pride themselves as English speaking girls and one of the girls did speak English but she brought her mother who was 70 and didn't speak English. The mother had not energy and the daughter had to pick up the slack. They didn't get my bathrooms done or any of the bedrooms. They were totally worn out because I was the last client. The poor daughter couldn't get through the whole house through the time. The mom was just tagging along the daughter. I called the owner and the owner said well sometimes they run out of speed and next time I will send out someone with more speed. I thought the daughter was pretty good, if she stayed three hours she would have got through the whole house, it was just the second half of her team was bad.

The team I have is very thorough, trustworthy, and dependable.

The service was not what I had expected, epsecially for paying $145 for two cleaning professionals from 8:00am until Noon.

There work has been satisfactory. I am pretty happy with them. I always get the same team most of the time. They are very trustworthy and very reliable. They will work with my schedule.

The girls that came to clean were very friendly and spoke English. They worked well and asked if everything was Ok.

They sent the girls out, I asked for specific things to be done. They finished the home, I paid them the check then I went through the house myself. There were things that were not done to my satisfaction or not done at all. So I called the next day and the lady said she was sorry and she would have them come back to do things to my satisfaction. They did it, I feel like I should not have to have someone come out twice. I don't have a very big house.

DO A GREAT JOB. ONCE THEY BROKE MICROWAVE PLATE, GOT A NEW ONE VERY QUICKLY. PRICE IS GREAT FOR 3600 SQ FT HOME.
