Had to have him re-do the kitchen windows. Did not insert mullions correctly, so we had to take both kitchen windows apart and push the mullions in so the enclosed shade would go down properly. Screens on other windows were not clipped back in; just left laying loose in the window with maybe one clip latched. One upstairs screen was found to be bent and you could see where a tool had been wedged in to pull the screen off the window. I know that this screen was not like this before cleaning because it is a relatively new window (2 years) and my husband and I had done all the previous cleanings. This was a tip in window which can be cleaned from the inside, but he cleaned them from the outside, necessitating pulling the screen out the wrong way. Looks after he bent one screen, he realized he had to take the others out from the inside. None of my windows are as clean as they could be. Will not use again.

In both cases, the workers worked diligently to do the assigned work. In the case of the worker who cleaned the gutters, I asked for proof that they were free and clear of any obstruction, and was given proper proof. This was important to me since I own clog free gutters which have turned out not to be clog free. Since I had to pay extra for have this type of gutter, I wanted the reassurance this work was complete. I felt the workers were professional and accommodated my requests.

They were fine. They advertised differently. It was misleading. I purchased and I ended up spending twice as much for my house because every little window is a window. They were okay. I think there are better ones out there. They did not clean the window sills very well. They were two young guys. They were nice. They were fine. I did not think they were professionals. They were just temporary helps. I wouldn't recommend them. I just think that everybody is as average as they are.

It went well arrived on time, mu husband was impressed and it's like looking through glass... only 1 glitch, he failed to put screen back in in the upper bedroom windows, otherwise getting your windows cleaned is an absolute must, people...

We had two rainouts and the company was proactive in rescheduling.  On the day the service was provided, the two workers arrived on time and worked steadily.  They explained the plan and completed the work well--we are happy with the result.

The crew was prompt.  They were pleasant.  They were very quick.  We have two straight runs, 40' each, of gutter.  However, unlike the previous service we hired for the same fee, they did not take the bags with them.  There was some clog (very little) in the gutter.  They were very pleasant, but I would not go with them again having experienced better service elsewhere.

They did a good job, but they were late.  Said they'd be there between 9-10, and showed up at 10:30.  Then, after half hour of work, they leisurely took a smoke break.  Also, the guys were nice enough, but as I was sitting there, they carried on conversation with themselves that wasn't professional...
