They do not answer their phone. You have to leave messages. No one ever knows what is going on and has to call back, which they do not do. They lied several times, changing their story. The owner and the tech were very unprofessional, very rude, and do not know the meaning of customer service. I would never use them again.

This was our second service from Strictly Spas in the past two years. The first occurred in November 2004 and then again November 2005. The technicians were pleasant enough, but both times had to return because they did not have the correct parts to do the work. Scheduling the repairs was extremely problematic. Literally dozens of phone calls were made by us with very limited response. Finally, we had to go to Strictly Spas in person (twice just for this past repair and twice for the repair in 2004). I have never dealt with a company that made so many promises and utterly failed to meet them. Not only did they not return phone calls, but they also promised to be there and never showed up and never called. Furthermore, they scheduled appointments without even notifying us they would be here. I would strongly urge caution in dealing with this company for any service. The only good part about their service was that they did honor the warranty on the motor.

THEY TOOK SEVERAL DAYS TO RETURN MY INITIAL PHONE CALL TO SCHEDULE THE VISIT. THEY CHARGE FOR ALL VISITS. SO I HAD ANOTHER HIGHLY RANKED ANGIE'S LIST PROVIDER TO VISIT WITHOUT A TRIP CHARGE. I THEN CANCELLED MY UPCOMING APPOINTMENT (STILL 3 DAYS OUT) THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS RUDE/ABRUPT WHEN I CALLED TO CANCEL.

I AM HAPPY WITH THE SPA AND THE COST OF IT WAS VERY FAIR. I INITIALLY HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE GUY THEY HAD REFERRED TO BUILD A DECK AROUND MY HOT TUB. CONSIDERING STICTLY SPAS HAD REFERRED HIM AND THEY WERE IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH HIM BY A DIRECT LINE (WHICH THE CONSUMER DOESN'T HAVE)THEY WOULD NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING AS FAR AS THE CONTRACTOR WENT. THE CONTRACTOR INSTALLED MY TUB AND GAVE ME INSTRUCTION WITH THE CHEMICALS, NOT STRICTLY SPAS. THEY HAVE NEVER FOLLOWED UP SINCE THEN. WHEN I CALL THEM WITH QUESTIONS THEY ACT LIKE I'M BOTHERING THEM. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!! WHEN YOU SPEND THAT KIND OF MONEY FOR SOMETHING I WOULD EXPECT FOLLOW THRU AND MAKE SURE ALL YOUR QUESTIONS ARE ANSWERED BY THEM, NOT SOME CONTRACTOR.
