I've always been very happy with them. On the price, it was good. They came within those slotted times.

Cleaning was done well and he was very accommodating by coming out on the same day that I contacted him.

My laundry room was a disaster due to having five cats at one time. When they finished the floor looked great. The family room also looked cleaner than before. Had a section with rust which wouldn't come out of tile but I was warned that it wouldn't come out. The carpets were clean with the exception of a few cat stains. Still I was pleased with the overall result.

Quick and easy mold inspection.  He could eye it and tell me there was no mold on my ceiling where I had cut out drywall from a leak, but he used his moisture detector to be safe.  I appreciated the additional effort besides just eyeing it up.  I gave a C for responsiveness due to the fact that I had to call multiple times to get an appointment rather than them reaching out to me.  The package was $105 with $150 worth of repair if needed, which it was not. 

They were honestly mediocres doing the cleaning. For example I wanted the bathrooms very detailed, they missed the dash pane on the top which was really dusty. I had to point a few things over to them. They were good and profession but guys simply clean what they clean. Women do not miss stuff. It was a fair price.

ServiceMaster was scheduled to come in a few days later and moved wet items out to our garbage.  The stuff that was dry was moved to dry areas in the basement and in the house.  They pulled up the wall to wall carpeting and bundled it in trash bags and took the bags away.  They removed the wooden base board and cut back the drywall a foot from the floor so the studs could dry out and not develop mold.  They used large fans all around the basement and disinfected the wet areas with a special spray.  The fans ran for three days at which point they came back to inspect to see if there was any mold and if we were dried out. The fans were removed at that time.  ServiceMaster said they were going to clean and disinfect with the spray the rug on the stairs to the basement.  Since I wasn't home when they wrapped up the job, I asked my wife if they had done that when they took out the fans? She wasn't sure.  ServiceMaster's office wasn't sure they did it so they arranged to come back to do that part of the job a few days later.  We appreciate their cooperation regarding this matter.

The guys were prompt, professional, did everything that was asked, and did it all on time. The carpets weren't in bad shape beforehand, but they looked and felt much better once everything was shampooed and dried. They did not make any oversized promises about what the cleaning of the wood floors would accomplish - some of the staining probably would not come out. They did manage to get rid of the majority of the scuff marks and the floors absolutely shined when they were done.

I called Service Master after a huge rainstorm that left thousands of basements flooded. They were able to come out the next morning and get the job going. Finding a provider was tough since so many people were looking after the rain but they were pleasant to work with and got everything done quickly. It was very expensive but I guess that's the way it goes when demand is so high. I would call them again in a pinch if my basement flooded again.

Other than them being really expensive, there was nothing negative or positive about it. I was happy with the work, and the responsiveness.

I was very satisfied with ServiceMaster Disaster Cleanup. They came out when they said they would and they were very professional. Their prices were in line with others. I would call them again.

Their crews are always good and polite. They do a great job.
