SERVICEMASTER CLEAN

STAY AWAY!!! Very unprofessional service. First, they tried to upsell me when in site even though I got a quote in advance. Second, they told me they would be ready in a week in a week. That would be bad enough but I was moving and now that I moved they won't return my rugs unless I pay them an extra $150! They will soon be finding themselves in court but save yourself the energy and go somewhere else, anywhere else, and stay for away from these jokers!

They did a very good job.  Our insurance recommended them.  They cleaned up everything and they took everything away.  They disposed the things.  They dried the premises thoroughly.  We would recommend them in the future.  We found that they were able to clean up things to make the best of their ability, but they were not able to do everything.  We were happy with their work.  As far as replacing the things, they don't do that and that's when we have to call a contractor.  It seems like they did what they could do and needed to do in a timely fashion.  They were professional and respectful of our property.  We could call them again.  They were so booked because of the flood in this area; the people who came out at our property were not even from this region.  They were nice.  They did everything that they could do.  They explained very simply what they couldn't do.  Luckily, our insurance was very forthright with getting this worked.  We have three kids and we cannot have bio-hazard in our house.  They can remove things that are loose or hazardous and anything that is attached to the property, we have to call the contractor.  They also explained what we needed to be done, so we could hire someone else.  They booked us immediately, which was surprising because we thought we had to wait for a week and this was told by other companies.  They worked from morning till late in the night.  We couldn't have been happier with the level of the work they did.  The people they sent were highly professional.  We didn't have to worry about the bill.  They billed my insurance company directly.  The insurance company settled with them directly and settled the check.  We didn't even have to think about anything.  We wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
