SERVICE MIDWEST

In the years prior to Service Midwest, we always used a company that I really felt was just a parts changer and HVAC changer whether it really needed it or not. I was then referred by the other company to Service Midwest. They have made a huge difference in the way they take care of our company. They are honest, smart, and professional and did not sell us things we do not need for their benefit. I am so happy with all 3 guys: Jack, Bill, and Ed. They always call before coming. They handle emergencies with a no problem attitude. I have used them at our office and at home and feel completely comfortable with their assessments of the situations at hand. They are as reliable a company as you could find. I highly recommend them whenever I can.

I'VE USED SERVICE MIDWEST FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS ON RECOMMENDATION FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER OF MY TWO-FLAT. CLEANED TWO BOILERS FOR TWO-FLAT. IN THE MIDST OF CLEANING THE BOILERS, ED DISCOVERED A GAS LEAK, WHICH ED FIXED AS WELL. I LIKE USING SERVICE MIDWEST BECAUSE THEY KEEP A RECORD OF ALL WORK DONE ON A BUILDING, AND REFER TO THAT HISTORY PRIOR TO COMING OUT FOR A SERVICE CALL. I SPECIFICALLY USE ED, WHO'S A VERY PERSONABLE GUY.

THEY ARE WONDERFUL. THEY ARE HONEST AND THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT AND THOROUGH. I'VE USED THEM FOR 10 YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PLEASED.
