Kevin in Wheeling the Worst Mgr Shower installation was done....allmost on 8/1÷ still waiting BTH STALL IS IN BUT NO DOOR Kevin has .my money. AND WILL TAKE NO MORE RESPONSIBILITY .HE IS INSULTING AND DEMEANING .

Quality of work was exceptional. We're very happy with the quality of materials used. On-site team was very professional and capable.

The two installers that worked on our project were professionals that did quality work to our liking. The price tag was high not having done any comparison prior to the contract. Overall very satisfied with the work performed.

OK, first, The installers were great! They were quick, respectful, on time, cleaned up after themselves (our bathroom was literally cleaner after the work was completed than before they started), and tolerated our two kittens "supervising" them the whole time. The sales process was... NOT great. We engaged Re-bath after the shower drain in our master bath failed, having been told by the guys at Lowes that it would take about two weeks. Within about two weeks, we did have an in-home appointment with a consultant. we learned then that the process would be somewhat slower than we expected. The consultant seemed like a pretty nice guy. But we did not feel great after our appointment (ok, that is cool, but we thought we would be choosing from Lowes inventory. Instead we chose from Re-baths limited inventory of surfaces). After more than hour of the hard sell, we settled on something we liked, at higher prices than we wanted, but by then we were desperate. The quoted wait time? 8-12 weeks. at 15 weeks (the consultant tried to convince me it had only been ten weeks. LOL), we received a call notifying us that the onyx we had chosen was out of stock and we had to choose something else during another in-home consultation. OK, $*** happens. we chose something new, Mercifully, within a week it had arrived. The installer, Colin, was GREAT, as I mentioned above. I work from home, so I was able to notice what was carried in to be installed. The shower walls are basically flexible sheet vinyl. The samples we had been shown were solid, so I was pretty surprised at this, and I am skeptical it will hold up well. Overall, the new shower looks terrific. But I think we would have been happier, with faster completion, if we had simply hired a contractor to redo the bathroom. My partner and I both feel we chose re-bath out of pre-holiday stress (we discovered the previous shower had failed on the eve of Thanksgiving. Ugh!) and a need to make the easiest choice. We're happy with the result - it is visually lovely. But except for the installation, the process was pretty miserable. Time from the initial consultation to completed installation was 18 weeks, maybe from post-covid supply chain snafus, or maybe re-Bath just has not learned to promise less and deliver more. We would not use Re-bath again.

The work has not held up. My husband had to re caulk the bathroom, the walls were cut short and they hide it my putting large amounts of caulk between the shortness of the walls and the shower pan. Furthermore, they failed to provide a detailed contract, pretended to forget an iPad, and simply put numbers into a phone. Unfortunately, once we realized there was not an official contract, the three days had expired. I would not recommend them because we have had to fix/redo their work consistently. What my husband did looks 100% more professional than the work they did.

They arrived on time workers very polite. Explained what they were going to do. when it was time to put on the grab bars they asked me where i wanted them . cleaned up nicely

Kevin and Daniel were very professional, always on time and answered all of my many questions and concern. When unexpected issue arrived, Daniel came during a horrible snowstorm and helped to resolve the issue. Although a few changes to our original design had to be made they tried their best to best it right.

Great experience! Bathroom took longer than originally thought but they completed things that werenâ t foreseen. Quality of work was excellent.

Overall my husband and I are extremely happy with the way our master bathroom remodel turned out. Aside from some lack of communication from the contractor and a few small things being missed or done in rush at first, everything turned out great in the end. Fantastic customer service. Would definitely recommend this company.

Appointment was scheduled, nobody showed up. We called and they said some materials did not arrive. I asked why we were not notified, no real good reason given. A few weeks later, they arrived. We got a design that featured 12 inch blocks in the walls of the shower. The seams in the blocks did not line up in the corners after installation. There were no choices offered for the fixtures and the instructions given to operate them were inaccurate. The *mudding * around the shower outer walls was left in a unfinished, messy state. The price was not worth the final product. Find another company before you use this one!

Iâ m patting myself on the back for this awesome find. We had a great experience from start to finish. I called to get a quote and within 2 days Joe A came out to the house to take a look at the space and he a feel for what we wanted. He was super personable and knowledgeable which I appreciated. I was upfront in telling him we were quoting the project out to a total of 4 companies. We ultimately decided on Rebath and Iâ m so glad we did. Once we decided to go with them, Joe confirmed all the details, then Kevin the owner came to do a final inspection and confirm choices/colors prior to material order. He laid out exactly how the process would go and what to expect. On install day the dream team showed up! Phil and Matt came in and nailed it. They were awesome. They were hilarious, hard working and knew their stuff. Even made a point to come and ask my input on little details. Things they didnâ t have to do, just above and beyond for even asking. During the install Kevin came by to see how project was going. After the completion of the project Joe A came back in to see it and make sure I was happy. These guys are super professional, good guys that do really really good work. They acted like guests in my home, nice to my kids and now I have a beautiful bathroom and they did so by doing everything they said they would. I recommend these guys. Iâ m very pleased. Worth every penny and their prices are in line with the market on bathroom remodels but in my opinion, their service and craftsmanship is above and beyond.

Absolutely love our new bathrooms! Yes, I said bathrooms! We had 2 bathrooms done at the same time and in a short amount of time compared to multiple other companies we looked at.

Project: Remodeled 2 full bathrooms. Working with Re-Bath of Chicagoland from the beginning of the project to the end was a great experience. We had 2 full bathrooms remodeled. Old vanity, counters, mirrors, toilet, tub, showers, exhaust vent fans, and floor tile were replaced. Wallpaper was removed in one bathroom. All walls and ceilings were painted. I appreciated all the open communications between the staff and ourselves. Scott came to our house to discuss our bathroom remodeling needs. He provided samples for us to choose from. It was great to not have to go somewhere else to see samples. Re-bath worked with the village to get the necessary permits. Once the permits were obtained, Re-bath made my project a priority to get done. Re-Bath also requested to use our garage space to store the material that was needed for the project and to also work in. Kevin came by in the morning and evenings to review progress and answer any questions. Dan handled the project with his co-workers to complete it. Dan worked with the village to handle all of the inspections. Kevin worked with the Plumbers and Electricians that were required to complete the project per the permits. At the end of each day, Dan and Kevin would review the progress of the project and answered any questions that I had. We also discussed what would be done the next day, when, and who would be arriving the next day so that I always know who to expect. The staff made sure that the area in the house and garage were clean at the end of each day. If someone was going to be late, Dan would call and explain the change. Communication each day and throughout the project was excellent. It kept me informed and allowed me to understand each step that was being taken to make sure that the project was completed to my satisfaction. My wife and I are completely happy with how the project turned out. We would both highly recommend Re-Bath of Chicagoland to anyone.

Quality of work ended up being okay only because they eventually replaced the original crew with one more experienced after the first cause extensive water damage to my ceiling. The management/owner is very unprofessional and the products they provide are of poor quality IMO. I do not recommend it.

I didn't think about nor was I told that the workers would need a considerable work area for cutting the panels, etc. There isn't such room in my small condo. They made do in the parking lot, but it was a point of stress at the start. The guys worked hard and did a good job.

The sales Manager (Scott Friedman) presented my options and answered all my questions immediately. He also kept in touch making me feel like I was special. The installer (Dan) worked professionally and also made me feel special. Dan worked through obstacles we encountered once my tub was removed. I am very satisfied with the finished product. These two men deserve a raise. ð ð

I searched for a contractor who would do everything from demo, installation and buy all the new items from, in other words one stop shopping. Re-bath exceeded our expectations from the salesman Scott getting us started, walking us thru the whole process and getting everything custom made and ordered. Dan the installer would meet with us every morning before we left for work and we were comfortable having him there while we were away. Kevin the owner even did a before install walk thru to confirm all the parts we wanted were ordered. 6 days it was done, only had to wait an extra day for the shower doors. Would highly recommend Re-bath because of the quality professional work, good communication thru the process and they even did a few extra things without cost. Smart idea to work with Re-bath!

From beginning to end of this project follow up was prompt and professional. Joe was fantastic . He explained everything in a non aggressive style and put us at ease with our safety concerns in our hall bathroom. The installers were professional and really clean. With covid that was a concern . The tarps were put down everywhere and everything was really clean when they left. Plus, the workmanship they did was amazing. One day to do this was nothing less than a 5 star review.
