We've had Perfect Touch coming in for probably 8 months now. Their work has been high quality deep cleaning in the beginning to a quick straighten up and leave as of late. Very happy with the service in the beginning but not at all happy now. One time recently a bathtub did not get cleaned. This last time the kitchen floor was not washed and counters not thoroughly cleaned under and around small appliances. Also they did not clean the dining table surface at all. They rush through as quickly as possible no attention to detail and don't expect any surprise extras like a shelf wiped clean in the fridge or some special touch or attention to something. My cleaning team is nice, friendly and trustworthy but my home is not the clean I would expect for the higher than average price charged.

Itnis pretty much what you would expect, but the ladies are very professional, punctual, and courteous.......I think they are trustworthy, and feel comfortable having them in my home......Peter who is either an owner or manager is very concerned with customer service and on top of things.....he is available and also very professional....they have a referral service that allows you to receive free cleanings with a referral....very nice touch.

I have been using Perfect Touch for years. A team of two comes and cleans my house once a week. They do a great job and are very willing to adjust to my specific requests. On the very rare occasion over the years that an issue has come up, they are very responsive and have always maintained a very high level of customer service. I like that the same people come every week, but there is always a substitute if someone is unable to come. They are very trustworthy and have always been careful with my things. I highly recommend them.

PERFECT TOUCH HAS BEEN CLEANING OUR EVANSTON HOME FOR 3 MONTHS NOW, AND AFTER TRYING SEVERAL OTHER CLEANING COMPANIES RECOMMENDED BY ANGIE'S LIST, THEY ARE BY FAR THE BEST ONE I HAVE FOUND. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS EXCELLENT, AND THE STAFF IS BOTH ADAPTABLE AND THOROUGH, AND THEIR PRICE FOR THE WORK PERFORMED IS EXTREMELY REASONABLE. I AM A STICKLER FOR A CLEAN HOUSE, AND THEY DON'T JUST ''PICK UP'', THEY CLEAN!
