I REALLY LOVE THIS LIGHT SO I WAS WILLING TO PUT UP WITH SO-SO SERVICE! IT WAS A LITTLE ON THE PUSHY SIDE. YOU CAN BRING BACK FIXTURES WITHIN A LIMITED TIME, WHICH IS A GOOD THING BECAUSE I FELT LIKE I WAS BEING TALKED INTO TAKING HOME MORE THAN I WAS TOTALLY SERIOUS ABOUT. I WAS ALSO A LITTLE MIFFED WHEN MY FIXTURE WENT ON SALE VERY SHORTLY AFTER I BOUGHT IT, AT A PRE-SCHEDULED SALE EVENT WHICH THEY OBVIOUSLY WOULD HAVE KNOWN ABOUT, AND NO ONE GAVE ME A HEADS UP ABOUT THIS. JACOBSON SENDS OUT POSTCARDS ADVERTISING THESE SALES A COUPLE OF TIMES A YEAR, SO I KNOW THEY'RE A REGULAR THING. ON THE OTHER HAND, THE LIGHT FIXTURE IS GOOD QUALITY, LOOKS GREAT IN MY HOUSE, WAS A LITTLE MORE MONEY THAN I INTENDED TO PAY, BUT I'LL USE IT FOR YEARS. DESPITE THE SO-SO SERVICE AND PRICE I'D STILL BUY THERE AGAIN IF I FOUND THE RIGHT LIGHT FIXTURE THERE - IT WAS TOLERABLE.
