My GC Mordini General Contracting suggested Hardroc for the counter tops.  Denny was easy to work with and when I couldn't find what I wanted in quartz we looked at granite I absolutely fell in love with a piece of granite which now lives in my hall bath.. I liked it so much i got the same color for the kitchen.  I brought a kitchen floor tile and the cabinet color with me to help match colors.  I was looking for a light color counter top because the room is dark.  When I saw the coffee brown granite against the maple cabinet and the tobacco color tile I was hooked there was no going back and it looks great.  Denny was so helpful in finding the right colors for me,  she knew better then I did what would like good.  Did get a quartz counter for the master bath vanity i was very tentative about the color,  Denny assured me that with my color scheme it would look good  and it does.
There was a small almost invisible scratch on the kitchen counter and I called Hardroc and they were out there to fix it in a blink of an eye  Easy to work with wonderful people.
Thank you.

My experience with them was excellent. They were very quick. I needed it in a hurry and they were able to do the job in 5 days from start to finish. I would use them again in future.

Seemed to be a small company and they treated everyone like family. They took a lot of time showing me different options and but they were also very fast.

Hardroc came out and measured for new granite in our new kitchen they showed up on time and 8 days later came to install same. Very clean they put drop cloths down to protect our floors. Did an outstanding job worth the cost.

The woman that runs it, Denny, seemed to know what we wanted. They were able to give us a reasonable solution to our problem, and not have to pay a huge price. We were able to access scraps to get what we wanted, they did it quickly and did a really nice job of it.

They were very prompt about coming out to do the estimate. They came and took the pieces out without any damage to the granite or counters. They were back the following week to replace. The pieces fit perfectly. I decided to add a splash board and brace to the shelf for stability after they were done. We had a piece of granite left so I asked them if they could do this. They measured that day, came back the following week and did not charge for this additional piece of work. It all looks beautiful!

We hired Hardroc after talking to two other stone fabricators and felt most comfortable with Denny she knew her stuff. After we decided on what type we were going with Tom (Mordini General Contracting) set everything up for us. From measure to install only 8 days outstanding and it looks great and such nice workers they even explained how to take care of it on what to use and not use. Best part they had a big enough piece left over so when we do our master bath we have the top.

I met with Donna at the shop and discussed the general project plan. I provided measurements and gave her an idea of the type of granite I wanted. I had been to several granite showrooms and stores including Home Depot,Home Depot Expo and two smaller independent shops that advertised granite countertops. I had two other estimates and Hardroc's price seemed in line with the others. I met Donna at a tile, marble and granite warehouse where we viewed a few different granite slabs. After we selected a slab and I had signed the contract, I changed my mind and asked for a second trip to the warehouse and picked another slab. We set an appointment for the final measurement and the workman arrived on time. He was very polite and professional. About two weeks later, the counters were complete and the workmen came and installed the countertop and sink. I am very pleased with the changed look of my kitchen.

Company is very professional. Follow up is excellent. The measurer, Robert, and the installers: Joe and Jarick, were very pleasant, accommodating, and easy to deal with. Their quote for doing the work was $2500 less than Stonecutters Inc. Their workmanship was excellent and the seams are hardly noticeable. We were entirely satisfied with the complete job.

Working with this company was great. They have a warehouse of remnants of granite (and some quartz surfaces) so the materials are free, you just pay for the cutting and install. We had to pay a bit more since we live in the city (and their company is quite far from downtown Chicago) but it was well worth it. We got a beautiful piece of granite for a great price. They were very prompt with communication and all the people who came to measure and install were polite and knowledgeable. They ran a few hours late when coming to measure but called us to keep us up to date. They were right on time for the installation. We worked with Donna and had a good experience!

MY EXPERIENCE WITH HARDROC IMPROVED DRAMATICALLY ONCE D. GARVER WAS PLACED ONTO THE PROJECT. ( THE PREVIOUS REP I WORKED WITH IS NO LONGER EMPLOYED) GARVER REALLY HAS A GREAT SENSE OF ENSURING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT THIS CO. WANTS THE BEST POSSIBLE OUTCOME FOR THE CLIENT. THEY WERE FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY. I FELT THEY HAD THE MOST REASONABLE BID COMPARATIVELY WITH THE FOUR OTHERS I HAD RECEIVED. HARDROC WAS WELL AHEAD OF SCHEDULE FOR PRODUCT DELIVERY. THE INSTALLERS WERE ABSOLUTELY PRECISE TO PERFECTION IN PLACING THE TABLETOPS AND SECURING THEM ON SITE. DENNI, THE OWNER, HAS DECADES OF EXPERIENCE AND IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE WITH PRODUCT AND STONE QUALITIES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HARDROC FOR ANY FABRICATION PROJECT.

HARDROC DOES LARGE AND SMALL JOBS. FOR SMALL JOBS THAT COLOR ISN'T THE BIGGEST FACTOR, THEY SELL THERE SCRAP, AND YOU ONLY PAY FOR THE FABRICATING AND INSTALL COST, SAVING A LOT.
