FIRST CLASS CARPET CLEANING

They first cleaned the air ducts which seemed to go ok.  They did however not return each vent to it's proper place (some were left off and some were put back incorrectly).
The carpet cleaning was good overall.  The stairs I think needed some more spot cleaning.  I've never had carpet cleaning done before (never had a house that needed i) so take what I have to say with that in mind. 
Three problem areas were:  1.  Their van broke down and they had to go get it fixed (the carpet cleaner wouldn't work) and it was hard to communicate to keep up to date on what was going on, but they did finish in 1 day.  2.  There was still a dog odor in our bedroom even though they used the pet formula (the stains in the carpet did not show any more - I later did a vacuum treatment to the floor and the order seems to be gone).  3.  They said they could not remove all the pet hair they had extracted, I'd have to vacuum it up off the top after the carpets dried.They service guys were polite.  The scheduling was quick and easy.

They did hall carpeting in my house and did a good job. It could have been a tough job but they did it very well. They have first class workman ship and I am very happy with them.

I have mixed feelings about the service from this company. I called First Class Carpet Cleaning to clean a sofa and chair after my dog had an 'accident' on both, and chose this company because the products they use are natural, non-toxic and environmentally safe. Jim was courteous over the phone and I set up an appointment. I asked if I needed to do anything to prep the room before he arrived, and he said no. The upholstery cleaning involves spraying the furniture, so anything in the vicinity gets sprayed also. Since no drop cloths were used my end tables and a basket of books were covered with the spray and were not wiped down. The cleaning process also left puddles on my wood floors that were not wiped up. I had to clean up after the cleaners! On the other hand, Jim was very personable and friendly, and cleaned my rug while he was here, hence the mixed feelings about the service. Note to company: please use drop cloths and clean up water/cleaner left on the floor.

Very professional and timely. They responded right away to a quote inquiry and were reachable outside of business hours. The work was done well and thoroughly. The pricing was very competitive.
