The got there on time, did the job, repaired what was broken. They cleaned up and everything works great !

I called CSL after I was hearing odd noises coming from my furnace. The office manager was very professional over the phone and scheduled Jason to inspect my unit the next day. Jason diagnosed a faulty part was able to get my furnace running back to speed that day. I was very pleased with CSL's work.

The service guy Lucas that came out was very polite and informative. He remained very patient while I explained my hvac "drama" and complaints. He then trouble shot my AC and almost immediately was able to tell me what was wrong with it which was that it was corroded and full of debris due to fact that I haven't had maintenance done on the system in nearly 2 years. He quickly turned to "fixing mode". He fixed the leak I had and cleaned out my system. He fixed everything so quickly and efficiently. Shortly after he was done I was able to blast my AC. Needless to say i was so happy because I was having guests coming over the following weekend I didn't have to worry about the air not working.
Lucas was such a gentlemen and professional. So where the individuals that work in the office.

I was very happy with the service CSL provided me. My A/C unit was having issues turning on so I called their office and was assisted by their office manager. She was able to schedule a service technician that same day. The service technician found the thermostat to be the issue so he walked me through a few options and ultimately recommended a Nest thermostat. After installing my new thermostat, the service technician took the time to explain to me how to use it. Overall, I highly recommend CSL.

Great. Very nice and professional technician. Took the extra time to explain everything to me and offered me a couple options for handling the situation. I definitely didn't expect that.

They arrived within fifteen minutes of scheduled time. They were very courteous and overall concerned with my needs.I have never undertaken a project like this before,they assured me the noise and clamor are part of the removal process for old equipment.The end results were better than expected.

Technical said there was a problem with the ignighter. Put in an over ride of the ignighter...but left it in after he left., which I discovered when he came back the next day with a new motherboard. Red flag! BTW my house was hot overnight so I tturned off the furnice. I declined further service. Called CSL. Was told the guy who came to do the check up was not doing well with the company and would be fired. Called in my regular furnace repair guy. He cleaned out the fan housing, set everything back to right. My furnace is working just fine. Beware these check up offers. You might get a poor technician who will create more problems than fix them!!

Very professional and thorough.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Our furnace had been cycling on and off and was not achieving the set temperature for a few weeks. The technician determined what was causing the cycling and fixed it quickly for no additional fee. He also completed a full inspection and proposed next steps (general maintenance and filter changes) without putting too much pressure on us. We would definitely recommend CSL Climate Control Co. and will use them again.

On beginning of May'13 my old unit "die". I call to CSL and same day Chris came to review what's happen. He has bad new for me: Cost of exchange of coil and motor in my old unit will be to big. He give me estimate for exchange unit in house with brand new A/C outside. Of course I approved and next day morning two technicians was in my house.
Because old system has different "connection", they modify partial ductwork and exchange line between unit in house and A/C outside. After work they clean all work area.
Highly recommended contractor. On time - In budget - Clean work - Nice and professional people.

Called CSL Climate Control because my ac was not cooling. They came to my place within 2 hours as promised over the phone. Checked my system and informed me it was low on gas. Installers worked extremely hard on a hot day to get our a/c going. They answered all my questions and explained everything. Installation was very clean and professional. Sales agent explained how we can get rebates We got Nest thermostat from them that works miracles. I was very happy with them.
