The work was done on time, in-budget and in a professional manner. I trust the owner as he was always careful to explain optional work in detail and offer up the pros and cons of performing the service.

It could not have been a more pleasant experience. Ron was able to give me an appointment quite quickly and found that the softener was not working at all. He explained what was wrong, showed me the parts, and replaced the pieces that needed to be. He even prevented a potential problem by checking the backwash line to see if it was brittle. It was, so he replaced that for $9. I think any of us would pay that not to have to be mopping up a mess down the road.
