THIS COMPANY IS A DELIGHT TO WORK WITH. ESTIMATES ARE DELIVERED PROMPTLY AND WE WERE NOT CHARGED ANY MORE THAN WAS ESTIMATED. WE WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE WORK RIGHT AWAY. THE CREW SHOWED UP WHEN SCHEDULED AND WAS VERY ATTENTIVE. OUR PARKING AREA WAS A REAL MESS AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB AT MAKING IT USEFUL AGAIN. WE FEEL THAT THEIR PRICES ARE FAIR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: OUR CONDO ASSOCIATION HIRED CARDI ASPHALT AND PAVING TO REPAVE OUR PARKING AREA LAST SUMMER. THE AREA HAD SUNK CONSIDERABLY, WHICH LEFT A BIG LAKE IN THE MIDDLE WHEN IT RAINED. CARDI ASPHALT LEVELED THE AREA AND MADE SURE THAT THERE WAS A PITCH TOWARD THE ALLEY SO THAT WE HAVE A WATER FREE AREA AFTER A RAINFALL. THEY SEALED THE AREA AND PAINTED STRIPES FOR THE INDIVIDUAL PARKING PLACES. THIS SUMMER THEY CAME BACK TO RE-SEAL THE AREA (AS RECOMMENDED) AND AGAIN PAINTED THE STRIPES. THE COST FOR THE WORK THIS SUMMER WAS $150.
