I was completely blown away! I was looking to have an Aluminum roof placed on my home. I found a site for the Metal Roofing Alliance and entered in my information and was barraged with emails from dozens of companies. Thankfully one of them was Best-4-U. I searched each company looking for reviews and the positive comments I found several on Best-4-U that spoke to me. Then came Agnes. Agnes is the founder and President of Best-4-U. We set an appointment, she followed through with confirmations and through the whole process communicated proactively if there could be any delays. She showed up with 4 to 5 estimates, even one for a asphalt shingles roof for me to compare and contrast that cost to that of a metal roof (metal is much more but worth it). Additionally she came with quotes for different styles of Aluminum roofs as I of course has chosen the most labor intensive and expensive style. I was simply impressed with her knowledge and honesty. I ended up picking and liking one of her suggestions rather than what I thought I initially wanted...and it was less expensive. There were things I wanted to do that would have increased the cost. All along the way in our initial meeting she simply told me "I can do that and charge you more but it is not needed..l" and then went on to explain and at times draw pictures to show me why I did not need to spend the extra cash. Then came Bart and his crew. Bart is the project manager. They tore off the existing roof...CAREFULLY making certain to keep my yard and flower beds clean and protected. Then the weather. Of course when it had not rained in weeks and my roof was off...it rained. Bart had it completely protected and although they could not work that day due to the rain Bart showed up to inspect and confirm we were ok. He gave my wife his card and cell # and asked her to call Day or night if we had problems and he would come out. There were none. At one point there was an issue with a slight dip on the lower roof in the back. The house was built in 1967 so I expected there would be some cosmetic issues. Bart stopped the work on that section until I came home from work. He pointed it out and said he was not pleased with the look. It took me roughly 3 seconds to realize it was not an issue that worried me...when I showed it to my wife she said..."where is the dip?" Bart assured it was not a structural concern he just wanted it to be perfect. I could go on but I hope you get the drift. Oh...BTW, they also replaced the skylights and Gutters...so Best-4-U was a one stop shop...no need to worry about the roof company blaming the skylight company or the gutter company if there is ever an issue. Do you need a new roof? Roof repairs? Gutters? Skylights? Call Agnes, she runs a tight ship and is crazy concerned with customer satisfaction and not looking to bill you for things that, based on her expertise, you do not need. Agnes, Bart and crew I am absolutely grateful for your professionalism, knowledge, craftsmanship and treating my house as if it was your own.

The work was completed on time and with high quality. The crew was professional and courteous and cleaned up the work site to our satisfaction every night. There was a slight delay to due to weather and we were informed quickly about the delay.

Part was a new roof install and part was roof replacement. Our roof is large and has a very complicated roof line. The job went very well. We selected a metal roof. The price was competitive and the roof was installed over the winter months. They came nearly every day, no matter the weather, and worked long days. Neighbors have commented on how beautiful the roof looks and how impressed they were with the workmanship while watching the work progress. The work was done meticulously and with great care to ensure good roof performance over the long term. This was part of a larger project and they were flexible in coordinating work with the other trades. They did not cover up problems, but alerted us to them whether it was part of their job or required us to hire others. They also installed all new gutters and the work was done efficiently and blends well into the house. They were very concerned about the quality of the work, above everything else. People on the street have stopped to comment on the new appearance of our house.

Their job is one of the kind. Beautiful roof. They are profesional. Their job is high quality.

The project went off as promised. All debris was cleaned each day after job and completely after wrap up - also neighbors yards were cleaned.

Best-4-U was on time for each appointment and the install was punctual and professional. As a contractor for over 25 years, my experience with Best-4-U is exactly what I expect from another professional in the construction industry. Their price was very competitive.
