We service both residential driveways and commercial parking lots. Expert crack repairs, brush applied premium seal coating, and pot hole patching services. We are also a local distributor of commercial asphalt sealer. Since 1992 we have also been cleaning and sealing concrete driveways and patio's, and washing, sealing and staining wood decks on homes. American Sealcoating did an outstanding job.  Phil responded quickly - I had a quotation within 3 days; His team first powerwashed then returned several days later to seal my deck - all work was completed within 2 weeks of my call.

This was a good news bad news company. Once we had agreed to the estimate and made the deposit, they disappeared for quite some time saying that they could not get the sealer. We had to keep calling them, not they other way around. Once they started the project, it was done beautifully. Their man was meticulous in terms of prep work and the actual coating.
