I have used Air Blue for annual checkups for our system since they installed it several years ago. They are always punctual and respectful. Chris was all that as usual. He wore a mask as well due to the virus which we appreciate that kindness too.

Air Blue Heating and Cooling is a very dishonest company. I had the worst kind of experience when my furnace broke down with outside temperature at -3 to -5 degrees. A technician from the moment he stepped inside did not care about what the customer wants - to get the furnace back up so small kids could sleep - the company in its own mind thought they could sell new furnace and did everything to not fix the furnace - worst of all the technician took away the faulty part so I could not call for help from someone else. In the North-West suburbs, these are one of the worst kind of people and for the better of the community, such businesses should go out. Stay warned and there are many better service providers, give them a chance.
