Air Blue is my true blue friend. The thing that impressed me most about them was how they are like detectives; they stick with you until they find the problem. I was having an issue where my heating kept going out, and Air blue stuck with me until they found the problem. The problem stemmed from a water leak coming from the roof. It was getting into one of the lines or hoses that connected to my first floor heater. Once Air Blue found the problem, they sealed around the area, and I have not had any more problems. I also have to appreciate the fact that Air Blue was prepared to go on to high roof tops. Other companies that I had contacted would not service me due to the height of my townhouse. Konrad and his team are great, and they treat their customers well. I feel like we are family. I trust all my heating and cooling needs to them. I always recommend them to friends and family. Replaced the thermostat for the furnace. Service representative, Luke, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Superior work, information and approach. I was worried about the possibility off something happening over the weekend, what would we do? Luke said just call us and we will respond. He gave us a detail estimate for our replacements after reviewing and measuring our home. He explained how he came to his conclusions and was totally willing to answer any question- all of which he did with superior knowledge and courtesy If you have any issues with your heating or air conditioning, Air Blue is a guaranteed perfect choice. We will not only use them to replace our furnace and air conditioner units, but we would highly recommend them to any of our friends or relatives. Job well done-Thank you

It worked out just fine. I paid additional but I can't remember it is. They were just there when they said they would.

Could not be more satisfied. Was at my door within 2 hours of my call when other providers said I would have to wait for two days . This was an emergency call as the outside temp was below zero. I thought the price ($225.00) was most reasonable considering it was an emergency call, from a vendor I had never done business with before, and the price included parts. I would not hesitate in the least to call them again or to recommend them to friends and family.

|Two days later, I got another call from my tenant about the heat not working again. When I called Air Blue, they again sprung into action, getting back to the house the same day. They found a part inside the furnace that was broken, and crafted a temporary fix on the spot since they didn't have the part on hand. No charge for that visit, and they only charged me for the part once it came in (since they couldn't be sure they didn't miss this problem the first time they came out). | |Communication was always clear, and they were very happy to answer all of my questions to make sure I understood what was happening. I would absolutely use them again.

Air Blue fixed my AC that had gone out and then they did a couple preventative things to the AC to make it work better and last longer. Very satisfied. The gentleman was very kind and professional and ON TIME!!! Would use them in the future and refer to others.

Great! Air Blue responded right away to our call and they came the next day and fixed the air conditioning. They were pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable.

It went real good.Tech arrived and was very curteous and got to the problem fairly quickly.Once he replaced the capacitor he stuck around for a few minutes to make sure the furnace was functioning properly.Technician also made another suggestion about another service I may need in the future but not needed at this visit.Upon this positive visit I am scheduling further service with Air Blue.

Inspected our furnace, gave us many options. I got three estimates, and theirs was a good price. They had great service and answered all my questions without hesitation. Very happy!

They were hired to clean furnace for a discounted price. Tech saw what he said were cracks in heat exchanger and furnace was put back together without cleaning and a sales pitch for new furnace. After further investigation, I discovered this is a common scenario in the industry so they can sell you a new furnace by claiming great risk. This view can be controversial and after testing for carbon monoxide and finding none, I called them back to complete cleaning the furnace , which they did quickly and cheerfully. There are no problems with CO to date but will continue to monitor.

The technician was professionaland knowledgable. He came out on a Saturday when we had a problem, demonstrating that Air Blue stands by their work. We were very happy with their service.

The Air Blue employees with whom we interacted were responsive and timely. We had a new furnace within a week, and they did a great job installing it. The furnace that had been installed previously was poorly done, and the Air Blue team patched some holes for us and ensured that the whole space was in proper condition. I also had a good interaction with one of the administrative staff. They sent me a certificate of insurance electronically within a couple of hours upon request with my condo association listed as additional insured. I would definitely use Air Blue again and would recommend them to others.

Air Blue performed yearly maintenance. The technician came on time and did exactly what needed to be done. I would definitely use them again for yearly service.

Had Air Blue perform my yearly maintenance. The technician that came over to my house was very knowledgeable and very nice. This is the second year I had the maintenance with Air Blue and I am very satisfied with the service. The maintenance keeps my furnace going with no unnecessary repairs.

There were 2 men that did the job, they were here almost 6 hours, and replaced both the air conditioning and the furnace. The a/c unit is on the roof (6-flat) - the furnace in my condo. They wore booties while in the house, and used drop cloths to catch all of the debris from job. Excellent work! Very nice people! Before the job was completed, the Air Blue office called to make sure everything was going well. I recommended them to the other unit owners in my building, and one of my neighbors called them for a survey and estimate, and had her units replaced within 2 weeks also. I have recommended Air Blue to other friends. They are great!! Thank you Air Blue for your help - and the referral gift too!

They were excellent and had a great experience with them. They were very knowledgable and curteous when explaining what they were looking for when they came out for the service call. Everyone from the receptionist I spoke with on the phone to the guys that came out to look at the unit were absolutely wonderful! I will definitely be using them again in the future!

The gentlemen that came out to perform the work were very professional, respectful and efficient. They also took the time to inspect the other condenser and offered to clean it for a nominal fee. The guys were detail oriented and easy to talk with. Administratively they were fantastic to work with. The billing was convenient and efficient. I would absolutely recommend working with Air Blue and will use them for ongoing maintenance.

Just before we were to have some insulation out in, the company discovered a small gas leak coming from our boiler and said they could not proceed until the leak was repaired. Concerned about the leak and planning to leave for vacation the following day, I was anxious to have it fixed ASAP. I called three companies, two of which could not come out that day. Air Blue was able to though within three hours of my call and they quoted me at least $50 less than the other two companies. I was also impressed with Aneta, who was polite and helpful when I explained our situation; she called me back within the hour to let me know the repairmen would be able to come that afternoon. She also left me a message the next day to see if we were happy with the service. The Air Blue repairmen were polite and worked quickly. My only quibble is they didn't seem interested in explaining how the leak was caused or what they exactly did to repair it.
