Airblue was great. After my furnace died in the middle of winter, they arrived within an hour of calling. They replaced the ignitor switch to get some heat going in the house before checking out everything else. They discovered a crack in the heating exchange and said it would cost $500 to patch it, but eventually the whole thing would be replaced. They had a new furnace to my door and installed within the next 7 hours and came back the next day to replace the air conditioner and humidifer. They even installed a new thermostat to run everything. From the service call to the installers to payment (they processed my rebate for me), this company is great.

Good. Very professional and responsive.

The experience was mediocre. The service call itself wasn't bad but then it turned into a job and I thought the cost of the job was higher than I was anticipating. They got me with, okay, now we are going to charge you for the labor. The call was cheap but the labor we are going to charge you because we are going to charge you. They were repairing the humidifier. They did repair the humidifier but now it is broken again with another problem. So, now I have to repair it again, or just buy a whole new humidifier. The $220 I spent on these guys is out the door. It is what it is, it broke after the job. They probably should have told me just to buy a new one.

Peter from Air-Blue was very professional and checked everything on our furnace with an electric starter. He was able to test for air flow and found the problem. We also had him replace the switch mechanism for the attached home humidifier unit. Air-blue was professional in all aspects of business and customer service. Recommended!

It went extremely well. They were not pushy about me having my unit replaced and gave me time to think about which route I wanted to take. When I decided to replace the whole furnace they walked me through how long it would take. They were always on time and were great about cleaning up after the job was completed.

Our furnace went out during the cold winter. Called and someone was out within hours. The man was very professional. He looked at the old furnace and was able to get it up and running in no time. He easily could have told us we needed a new one, but he did not. He gave us the easy fix. Will definitely use them again!

That service was just fine. Scheduling was easy with this company. One technician came out and he stayed for about an hour and a half. He replaced a part and that I paid for.

Great. Pro was obliging in explaining how the humidfier operates and how we can self-check. Service felt expensive. Part was $35 and discounted service call was $20. But part on Amazon is $12. So $23 over retail and I'm sure company doesn't pay retail.

I recently purchased a home that was a gut rehab (including a new furnace). The house inspector made a couple of recommendations involving the furnace - the condensate line s/b repaired and the combustion/dilution air s/b reconfigured. I checked out around with a few HVAC companies to find out if this was something I should address or not. The first company I called said they didn't know anything about the brand of furnace I had and declined to come out. (The cynic in me presumes this is because I had a brand new furnace and there wasn't really an opportunity to upsell.) Air Blue came out and agreed on the recommendation on moving the condensate line but said I didn't need to change anything re: the combustion air. Would definitely use them again. (Although now that I'm thinking about it, I don't believe I received credit for the online coupon that was initially offered....that's why I'm rating a "B" on the price.)

They did a good job and they were responsible and responsive.

I am very satisfied with this company. They were here quickly to fix my furnace. They made a suggestion that I needed a new furnace and within four hours I had a new furnace. They also fixed the duct work. I felt comfortable with them. They were very friendly. They did ask for cash for the new furnace and because they were listed with Angie's List, I trusted them.

Bought the 20$ service call coupon, they called me the same day to set up the appt. Came over the next day during a window I was available. Constantine gave me honest advise as to the issue and how I should proceed. He also pointed out that my unit was making a noise, said it was probably related to my filter, even pulled it out and confirmed. Very happy with his and their service.

Luke did a fantastic, careful job and gave me a real education on furnace, care and maintenance and the specific state of each unit's furnace in my building. As a widow, I really appreciated his willingness to educate me about my heating system.

It went very well. Worker was polite and thorough. No problems experienced.

Two technicians arrived promptly for a furnace clean and check deal that I purchased for 49.00. One of the technicians was in training. They were giving me all of these recommendations for items that should be fixed on a 20+ year old furnace and upselling items and one of the items they recommended I replace was the thermocouple. Since it was getting close to winter I told them to go ahead and replace the thermocouple which cost me 50.00. They were here over 2 hours to do the furnace clean, check and replace the thermocouple. My heat went out on 1/17/2014 and I called another provider on Angie's list to fix my furnace and wouldn't you know it- it was the thermocouple that needed to replaced in order to get my heat up and running again. He showed me the thermocouple that your technicians "replaced" and it was scorched. It did not look like something that had been replaced a little over 2 months prior. Not only did I have to pay for a service call but I had to pay for another thermocouple. I can't be sure that the thermocouple was ever replaced or if your technicians replaced it with some substandard part, but the fact that they spent so much time at my house trying to sell me everything under the sun which would have cost me more than a new furnace and then the one part I do have them replace ends up being faulty makes me thankful that I did not have them do anymore work for me.

It was good. They couldn’t do the AC so we had to reschedule that when it gets warmer but they did the heater part. They did a good job of making sure that all the equipment and parts of the heater are working and in good condition. I understand where they’re coming from but they’re prime to sell their heaters, too. They might have oversold a little but they did very well. It was a really good price. They just checked all the components of the heater and put it back. They were pretty good and right on time.

It turned out okay. They did the inspection. They were professional and got the job done.

The provider was able to schedule the visit very promptly, which I greatly appreciated. The technician inspected my furnace and concluded that no tune-up or additional service was necessary, so there was no additional charge. Technician changed my filter. Technician was friendly and professional, but did attempt to interest me in some pricier systems (i.e., a whole house humidifier and an allergen reducer that you attach to the furnace). When I said I wanted to do more research and compare prices, technician was respectful. I may end up purchasing the whole house humidifier, but my research revealed that the allergen reducer produces ozone which is bad for your lungs, so I will probably continue to look for alternatives.

I called Air Blue this morning and they let me know that someone would be coming between 12-3pm today. Luke (I believe his name was) called a little beforehand and came a little after 12pm. I let him know that I observed a "pressure switch" error code and that they (Air Blue) had replaced my pressure switch on New Year's Eve of 2012 (12/31/12). Anyhow, Luke ran some diagnostic tests and I believe cleaned out one of the hoses that connected the pressure switch and everything began working again. As far as cost is concerned, when I called Air Blue and let them know I was a member of Angie's List, they suggested I purchase a heavily discounted service deal for $20, normally $89. As no parts were changed and minor diagnostics and service were performed, I have my furnace back in working order for $20 and in less than an hour's time. I'm very happy to say the least.
