Service was billed as a check and service for furnace and AC for one year for $109. It actually listed *cleaning* and checking of 10 or 15 components. Sounds like a deal, right? In fact it amounted to a one visit inspection - looking over my furnace and AC unit for 10 to 15 minutes each. I don't think any cleaning or servicing was done at all. I even asked the guy what adjustment or servicing was included and he didn't seem to know what I was talking about. The entire thing was over in less than 30 minutes (labor rate of over $200 an hour - what a deal!), after which all I had gained was verification that my equipment was, in fact, old and crappy and would soon need to be replaced, of which I was already aware. Oh, and of course they would be happy to help me with that. Call me old fashioned, but I thought sales calls, which this effectively was, were supposed to be a loss leader, not a bilking.

We had some confusion with the time for the appointment but the office fixed the problem and were able to have someone out the day before a holiday to perform the work. The service provider was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable.

We had them out for a 20 point inspection on our AC. The technician was prompt and thorough. He suggested a free on recharge, which we figured we needed, and cleaned up the back of the unit. Overall, no problems and the visit was quick.

I actually have 2 units and they charged extra for the 2nd one(which was to be expected) They showed up on time, the day of the appt, did a pretty good job of cleaning a very dirty unit and then added coolant and while the cleaning was inexpensive, the charge for the fill was pretty high. That said, they did it quickly and effectively and the unit is working great.

We were due for an AC check of our two AC units and went with the tune-up and cleaning service. Also, one of the units did not seem to be cooling as well as it should on hot days. Konstantin from Air Blue called ahead of time with an estimated time of arrival. He was prompt and did a great job overall. He identified the unit that was low on refrigerant and filled it. While doing a good job is important, it is also the little things that make a difference such as explaining what services are being performed, cleaning up after the service is performed and making sure not to track anything in the house from outside (it had rained that morning). We will definitely use Konstantin and Air Blue in the future!

The technician was punctual and answered my questions. He basically said I was lucky my air conditioner was still working given its age (15 years) and advised me to buy a new one rather than waiting for the one I have to breakdown, as replacement parts would be really expensive. He said the unit was having to work harder to cool, which means I'm paying more on my electric bill than I would with a newer unit. He also said it would likely break down when it was forced to work really hard during the summer months, and warned me that I'd have to pay much more to replace it then when demand was high. He also inspected the ducts in my attic and informed me they were underinsulated and likely to cause problems if a lot of condensation formed on them. My only issue was that the deal indicated the unit would be cleaned in addition to being tested. I watched the entire time and as far as I could tell no cleaning was involved. When I pointed out the leaves that had collected inside the unit the technician said I didn't needed to worry about them and replaced the door with the leaves still in there. This seemed a bit odd to me! In any case, I learned quite a bit about air conditioners for which I am grateful, but wasn't ultimately swayed by the argument that I should replace my unit just because it is old and less efficient. I plan to get as much life out of the one I have before buying a new one!

The scheduling was straightforward. One phone call - with accurate price quote on phone. Constantine arrived on time after calling ahead to confirm. He was incredibly polite and knowledgable. Advised how to proceed in the future when our AC gives out. Was great about knowing what products were on the market and which were actually the best outside of the hype. I would definately use them again.

The technician showed up shortly after 8 (scheduled 8a-11a) and booties were donned as soon as he entered and he went straight to work. He had no issues honestly answering my questions along the way - should we have our vents cleaned, how often should we really change the filter, etc. He located the issue with our air conditioner but a technician would need to come once I spoke with our upstairs neighbors. The second appointment was scheduled less than a week after, and while this technician showed up closer to 11 (scheduled 8a-11a) he too was pleasant and worked quickly.

That turned out great. One technician came out and it took him about an hour.

Lukasz came on time. Was very professional, answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable.

The service was very good. They were very nice to work with. They were very thorough and they even came back to assure that all the connections were in good working order.

Excellent! Technician knew his stuff and provided recommendations. I really felt like I could trust him which is very important when dealing with this type of service.

Tech had to cancel scheduled appointment I made. Showed up promptly on June 5th. Tech was very professional and courteous. He came out in a company truck with all the necessary parts and tools. Tech first examined the furnace which was put in circa 1995, had to replace filter which had been installed backwards and was collapsed and starting to vacuum up into unit. Tech explained unit is over 18 yrs old, and definitely not cost efficient. Provided inspection of central air unit, also installed circa 1995 and also not cost efficient. Freon down 1 pound and needed chemical wash. Tech completed his jobs while explaining what he was doing. Suggested purchasing a maintenance agreement. I'm certain I would use them again when needed and will recommend to others in need.

I have recently purchased a 20 year old large 4200 sqft single family home, and I wanted to replace 2 furnaces and 2 air conditioner units. I received quotes from 3 vendors including Costco. I chose Air Blue and I'm extremely happy with the decision because of multiple reasons: 1. Best customer service. Luke was the Air Blue sales/service technician who came out for first estimation appointment. He did a thorough job of capacity estimation and took the time to explain the rationale for his estimates. Unlike other vendors, he put best effort not to over or under estimate equipment capacity. Most importantly, he was always available before, during and after installation for any questions I had whether they were billing, technical, or support related questions. 2. CARRIER brand equipment. After doing some research, I found that CARRIER manufactured the best equipment among all brands available on the market today. 3. Peace of mind. Air Blue offered best in class 10 year parts and labor warranty. 4. Rebates and village permit. Air Blue front office was extremely efficient and courteous. Patty seamlessly took care of rebates with my electric and gas company and saved me close to $2000. She also took care of necessary paperwork for village permits. 5. Installation. Three guys showed up on the day of installation and were very professional. They were extremely courteous, patient during a long 10 hour installation. They wore booties, and cleaned after the installation was complete. Zoning didn't work as expected on the day of installation. So, Luke came back the next day and replaced zoning system and waived labor, so I ended up paying for parts only. 6. Price. Air Blue offered a very competitive price considering the value, service, and brand of equipment they used. Overall, I couldn't be more happier with the decision. Everyone at Air Blue was super friendly, and professional.

The service-man was on time, very thorough. We did not feel pressure to complete any of the services he recommended.

Overall the service was very professional and prompt. The appointment lady Aneta was very nice and professional. She made sure my appointments are on time and my problems resolved. The technician Ken was very knowledgeable and fixed the water leaking issue while the previous guy couldn't. I would use them again and again.

sFine. Always wary of service that is too fast or tries to upsell and this was fine. Not too fast (although I've had ones that felt more thorough before) and no surprises (but did try to suggest an ion system). But I had confidence the technician was honest and did a good job.

The service technician was patient, friendly and willing to answer questions.

The items that they found needing repair added up quickly. I can not say that I feel they were expensive or cheap, I do not have anything to compare them too. The men were very professional and courteous. They seemed thorough and efficient. I would use them again.

They did an okay job. I wasn't home when they completed the job. The air conditioner is working fine now. The guy who answered the phone was really nice, but they were busy, and it took them a while to schedule the work. The scheduling part wasn't their fault, but they communicated well, they stayed in touch with me, and they also called me after the service.

The deal was good and looked like they were good as per the reviews. But I had very bad experiences; twice with them. I was told they would have to cancel the first appointment and reschedule it since their technicians were busy, when I called to check with them after the scheduled two hour time frame on a weekday. Second one was scheduled last Saturday and same story except that I didn't bother to call them and see why nobody came. Today I called to schedule another appointment and now they couldn't find any history of previous appointments scheduled and promised to call me back. I should have paid more and purchased the service from someone else! Hope they will show up at least next time!!???

We bought an Angie's List deal for a A/C check as our system didn't seem up to snuff after the long winter. It was easy to set up the appointment and the tech arrived right on time. Konstantin (I think) did a thorough check, told us what we absolutely needed to have done and what we needed, but could wait another season or so. We appreciated the tech's honestly and that he didn't try to make us repair everything that was slightly warn, just the elements that needed to be serviced in order to keep us comfortable this summer. He filled the refrigerant and left a list of the other things that he had found to be worn during his inspection. It was all done quickly and professionally.

The technician was very courteous and professional. He gave us a good deal and got our A/C running right away. I am very happy with the service I received.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was good. They were really friendly and made good suggestions. The interaction was really good. I knew that I needed to replace the water heater so they came the next day to do that. We spent additional because we replaced the water heater. We actually used them again for another heater issue.

The serviceman was on time and extremely professional. He fully explained what he was doing & was honest about the condition of our unit and work that may need to be done. The unit itself is over 10 years old and based on the age the serviceman advised any recommended work might be pointless at this time. He said our unit has about 5 more years left to it and we would be fine without the recommended work. He cleaned the exterior unit.
