It turned out great. They were very professional, very responsive and very polite.

Called AirBlue to service a failing furnace. Explained what was wrong with it and what needed to be done to fix it. They did not broach the idea of replacing it, but when I asked, they provided a competitive price and installed it the next day. Very professional, very happy with their work. They have offered to return free of charge when the weather warms up to confirm that the air conditioner was not impacted in any way by the work done, which is a welcome detail.

All the condo units in our building were teaming up to get our furnaces checked and serviced. Air Blue Heating and Cooling was nice enough to extend the $45 coupon from Angie's list to all 3 units. They gave me a window from 8am-10am and I coordinated with all the tenants to be available at that time. Unfortunately, they did not show up to the building until about 10:30am, which caused some inconvenience for one tenant. After that, everything was great. The technician was very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. 2 of the units needed substantial work ($200-$350 worth of repairs). The technician did not have all the parts so he did what he could and made arrangements to come back on Monday (2 days later). The work was done satisfactorily upon his return. I have since recommended them to another friend.

I puchased the special listed on Angies list which included cleaning the out side fan and ccooling unit with fins. The tech spayed the junit with water caying he cleaned it, I was not at home and my wife was dealing with the tech. She called me and said it had dirt on the unit. After this I talked to the tech on the phone and he stated that the service special didn't included cleaning the unit with anything more than water. He then tells me they can add cleaning the unit with a cleaning solution for the unit but that would be an extra $50- and I got mad. He then said he could lower it to $40-. At this point I just want the service over and told him go ahead. I told my wife and she paid the extra for the service. This is a very deceptive practice, when yu sell a service it should be lesting what is considered normal. This would mean using a cleaning solution and not just water or offer options on the special with water only or one with cleaning solutions and list the pricing. After buying the service with the cleaning solution it came out to not really being a deal or anything special. They lost my trust and for that reason I would not use them again. My advose is be upfront, forthright and straight up with your customers or potetial customers. They will respect you and this will give you a greater chance of repeat business.

Great, our furnace closet is pretty tight ad the technician was able to make the nit fit without having to change any of he existing set up (a previous company wanted to tear out the closet and re build after the install). The technician was right on time and very nice. He walked me through the work he was going to perform then did the work and cleaned up. After he walked me through the operation of the unit and let me inspect for any mess\damage, there was none. He also opened up the blower fan housing she showed me the build up of construction dust (from previous work int eh basement) and offered to clean it out, for a small charge, to avoid damaging he fan. However i have a little work left so i declined and will have it down when the basement is completed. Overall i was very happy with the work performed.

Everything was fine. So far no problems! They were very good and their pricing was moderate.

Appointment was 3-6pm, so took work off in the afternoon to meet their schedule. Technician called around 8am and said he'd be there in ten minutes, and was. Fortunately hadn't left for work, but would have been nice if they weren't 7-10 hours early and I could have avoided taking work off. Technician didn't know what went wrong with the scheduling and said HQ planned his runs.

The technician arrived on time - scheduling was handled via their website. Easy as pie. They performed a furnace inspection, cleaned the furnace, and checked for the source of moisture - they were very thorough. It was discovered that the rubber drainage pipe from the humidifier unit was causing some splashing causing the moisture around the unit. They installed a PVC drainage pipe, which has taken care of the problem. They also suggested that I replace my igniter either on this visit, or before next winter, as it was starting to go. I chose to have the part replaced right then and there, and they had the work completed within a half hour. They continue to be my first-call heating and cooling company. Outstanding.

It went well. They came out. The guy was proficient. He was courteous. The price was very good. They are coming out again, so I get two checks for the price of one. They were on time. As a matter of fact, he was early, which was great.

The service call went fine. They identified the problem with our furnace. However, the guy insisted that he would have to take down the inlet pipe (which wasn't necessary) in order to get the ice out of it and charged me an additional unreasonable price. I was not happy with their up-selling tricks and would not use them again.

It was excellent. The company sent 1 tech and they were able to get us scheduled right away.

I didn't have them come back because they quoted a ridiculous price. They wanted to replace the whole air conditioning unit, the coil, the furnace and everything. It was a total rip off. They said it would take a lot more work to find where the leak was in the coil. I got somebody else to do it and he fixed it all for $150. Air Blue guys wanted to replace everything. They weren't looking at the best interest of their client. They wanted to sell more stuff. I wouldn't spend a dime with them. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. They came within a week of purchasing a big deal. They were quick to respond.

The service was good. They did a good job. We met at a fair price and my stuff is working again.

The guy was trying to sale more which is not comfortable

They did a good job. I think they found some potential things that need to be. They said the unit was okay. They said that I would need to do it in the future. I believe that they responded in a timely manner. They scheduled an appointment and were on time. It was satisfactory work. They came out the following week.

It worked out well. They are professional. They don't try and up sell you. They are very easy and clean operation. Quality work. The rep was polite and nice. I don't have anything negative to say about them. They're very knowledgeable.

I absolutely love this company. They are phenomenal. They came out on New Year's Eve. Even though we disrupted the guy on call while he was at church with his family, he was so sweet and helpful. He made sure we had heat in our house. It was an absolute blessing. He came quite a ways and sacrificed a lot. We were so grateful. The price was extremely reasonable, especially considering it was on New Year's Eve. They were very polite. The guy that came was very young but so professional and amazing. He was awesome. They are now on speed-dial.

We were selling our condo. We wanted someone to come take a look and clean things up. They came pretty quickly. We bought a deal for the service.

It went fine. He was veryquick. He said it was broken and didn"t it had been broken very long. It take a long to repair.

They did an air conditioning diagnostic checkup. Everything went fine in terms of scheduling and the appointment was informative and efficient. The interaction was good and it went as expected and the work turned out fine and we did not have any issues. We would use them again.

Noticed the furnace was not running. I checked the thermostat, the fuse box - everything seemed ok. Opened the furnace and noticed that one of the connectors had melted and I could see there was a disconnect and one of the wires had burned. Called up Air blue and told them my observations about the wire. Was told the charge to visit will be $165 and any further diagnosis will cost more. This was te price after I have their maintenance package. I was hoping it will be lower. Apparently the normal would have been $225. After the technician arrived, I told him about the wire. He called up his boss and then went ahead and replaced it, We turned on the heater and the furnace started up. Next I was told the total will be $208. I am not happy about this aditional $43. Also, $165 seems higher.
