the guy who came to our house was overly nice. service was fine. not a great experience.

Everything went as expected. The technician was thorough, on time and explained everything to me as he went through his checklist.

We did RFQ from several HVAC providers listed on Angie's List, all of the 'A' rated. In the end Blue Air had the best offer. We worked out a payment plan with them and they arranged everything for us. Their finance department provided us with all options available and helped us pick the best one. Luke was helpful in arranging everything. They showed up on time, installed everything and cleaned up nicely.

Luke came out and spent hours as I had 3 units that hadn't been touched in over 10 years ( we just moved into the house). He thoroughly cleaned and inspected the units, added coolant, explained everything to me and gave me options for future care. He was wonderful! within two days I called to have him come out to do additional work and will have him back in the fall to check and service the 3 furnaces that are also with the house. Very professional, on time, respectful of persons and property. You csnt go wrong choosing these folks!

The service man was very punctional and polite. As he entered my front door he began to put on shoe covers which I told him was not necessary. He proceeded to the utility room where he opened the furnance and checked it. I asked him if he could show me the correct installation of the furnance filters which he did. He then went outside to the air conditioning unit and cleaned it and checked out the running of it. He informed me that the condenser was registering lower than where it should be. I declined the installation of a new one. He put everything back together and I signed for the work. Everything took approximately 1/2 hour to 3/4 of an hour.

The serviceman was very professional and punctual. After AC checkup he recommended cleaning the coil which sounded reasonable so ended up buying that.

Loved Air Blue's service. As many others here on Angies List I had Luke show up to perform the AC check. Very personable guy and it was a pleasure to deal with him. The check was fine and I opted to have some extra cleaning done. Fantastic experience all around from Air Blue.

Everything went fine. Guy came out (right on time?, and then spent about an hour looking at the A/C units and HVAC system. No issues.

The repairman was very professional. The company was unable to get me scheduled for my first two choices and had to default to the 3rd. They also didn't call to confirm my appt the day before. I had to call them, but the gentleman did show up on time.

We were in the process of purchasing a home, and the home inspector noted there was moisture in the duct work that ran through the slab. I called Air Blue (as I wanted to get a professional out to look at the furnace and the duct work) and explained what I needed to the receptionist, and she told me to purchase the $45 furnace inspection, tune up and cleaning deal. When the technician came out, he wasn't concerned with the moisture in the duct work and he said the furnace will need to be replaced in a year or so (which we expected), so we weren't concerned and went through with the home purchase. After we closed, the moisture in the duct work turned into water in the duct work, and it became a much bigger issue for us. Everyone's first question is always - did the inspector find that, and we say, yes, and then we say, we had someone out to look at the duct work and they didn't let us know the complexity of the water issue. Wish we had known prior to closing...

- Initial appointment for duct cleaning was scheduled in late 2014 - Service could not be performed as the duct cleaner with Air blue broke down - I initiated contact again in March/April 2015 time frame but could not get an appointment for any date. There was no response to my last email

Luke our service person gave a very thorough evaluation of our air conditioner and fan.

r was supposed to drain into the sum pump was asked to check the connection of thermostat to furnace. Check connection of wires to furnace, changed the dip switch setting, but charged additional amount for that (?) just to flip the switch, on top of the diagnosis charge. The understanding was that the diagnosis will cover any adjustments. Also tightened the hose connection to my de-humidifier but it did not work, the dehumidifer continues to drain in the bucket instead of draining into the hose. The dehumidifier was only supposed t drain into the hose (to sump pump) But I will hire them again

Bought Angie's Deal for tune up. Leo arrived on time. refrigerant was empty in one of the units. Since this happened twice before, and filling the leak has been an expensive proposition each time, decided to change the unit. The salesperson arrived within couple of hours and was able to schedule a replacement for the next day. Scheduled a duct cleaning cleaning as well for the next day, and Airblue gave a discount as it was being done at the same time and would save them an extra trip. The next day Leo and Ceasar arrived early in the morning. Plan was to finish the work by the afternoon, but there was a truck breakdown and the unit did not arrive at scheduled time. The work took until 6:30 pm, but both of them stayed through and and made sure the work was completed and the place cleaned. Good job.

Have used Air Blue Heating & Cooling for the past couple of years and they are great. Friendly, efficient, honest and competitive pricing. Had originally scheduled them to come check out my a/c unit and ended up getting a wireless thermostat wired and installed in the house. Luke, the tech, is great. Always explains everything thoroughly and explained the benefits of having this new thermostat installed with the particular unit I have in my home. Best decision I made, as I can control the temp of my house no matter where I am at. Will continue to use these guys in the future and won't hesitate to refer them to anyone I know.

Scheduling the appointment was a hassle to say the least. I spoke with Agata through Angie's list to get things setup and from there she said I would receive a call 1 day before the appointment. I never received a call, I then reach out to them within my appointment window (1pm-4pm) on the day of the appointment and Air Blue indicated everything was fine and they would call me when the tech was dispatched. However, when 4pm rolled around and I still hadn't received a call I was told that an "emergency had arisen and I should reschedule". I was reluctant, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Second appointment day rolls around I decide to call them early to head off any concerns. I had to leave a message, but I asked them to call me back with details before the afternoon. Never received any calls until about 3:59pm in which the tech finally called. He said he was on his way, but when confirming the address they had the wrong location so the tech almost an additional hour to arrive. When on site, the actual work went just fine. My furnace isn't very old (1.5 years) so I know it didn't need much maintenance. There were very little concerns and the tech (Luke) simply suggested some additional features I could consider for my unit (humidifiers, etc). If I could get the same technician without having the scheduling headaches attached I would gladly use Air Blue Inc again, but for now I'm not going back anytime soon.

Technician was very courteous and did not do more than he had to do. Made some recommendations for future work but since he could not get on the roof of the condo building that day he did what he could to get me up and running. He provided my condo mgmt his insurance certificate (later that afternoon) and made a note of what he could do but might not be necessary if my cooling was satisfactory in the next few days. Not hard sell at all! Very pleased all in all.

Excellent service after their technician arrived, although somewhat sketchy appointment scheduling and overly complicated / multiple, conflicting phone numbers involved in communicating with them. Somewhat "mysterious" Agata repeatedly called from a number at which she couldn't be reached. Our technician, Luke, called in advance, and arrived about half-way through the 4-hour appointment window. He was personable, explained what he was doing and why, and offered advice on products that would improve both our comfort and energy efficiency. Based on Luke's service and professionalism, Air Blue was outstanding. Based on ease of communication and scheduling Air Blue was Average to Annoying.

I did not pay an additional charge. The staff was good. They were not expensive and gave good suggestions. They explained everything.

Back living in BG after 10 years, I was looking for someone to clean and service my a/c, and then furnace in the fall. I stumbled upon Air Blue on Angie's List and saw their great reviews. That, coupled with a great deal, made the choice easy. Lucas was fantastic, honest, and even noticed a slight issue that had to be corrected, due to some new circuitry in my HVAC system. I would gladly recommend them, and am happy to be a new customer.

They did a very professional job, and the air conditioner and humidifier have worked beautifully since they were installed.
