First of all the communication with Agata at Air Blue was very pleasant. I had to change my apt a couple of times do to demands at work, and she was always able to provide me with quick, convenient, and acceptable options. Second, the sales man Konrad was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to help me understand the problems and issues, as well as all of my options. They were the cheapest quote I received, but I was able to have a family member fix the old furnace for now.

Air Blue Heating and Cooling came out to check on our unit, which had stopped cooling. It only took a few days to get someone out (I called late on a Thursday afternoon and someone came out Tuesday), even though it was summer, it wasn't a serious emergency, the house was warm but not too bad with fans going. They replaced a component in our AC that was rusted through and not working and that seemed to solve the problem. The technician was the same one who had come out about a year ago to service our machine. We had talked then about replacing the whole HVAC system, but wanted to hold off as long as possible. This second time, he brought it up again and we agreed that it was probably time to bite the bullet, but we wanted to wait until the end of summer. A few days later the AC stopped cooling again. We called Air Blue and told them that we wanted to go ahead and get the system replaced asap. They sent us some quotes for different machines and price points, sent us info on financing, and set us up with a date a week and a half out. Of course that week and a half were the hottest of the summer, so it got a little uncomfortable, but knowing that a solution was coming made it more bearable. We picked out the new system we wanted and new thermostat (a smart system that can be controlled through a phone app). Our technician talked with us about the Carrier specific smart thermostat vs. the Nest system, which helped us make an informed decision. The work took a full day (which they had told us) and actually ran a bit longer than even they had anticipated, but you could tell they were working to get the job done. Overall, they were great to work with, were not pushy when we wanted to hold off on replacing our unit, responded quickly, and did a good job getting the new unit installed (our AC is on the roof of our building and access is tricky, but they made it work). We were also able to finance the replacement for two years through Air Blue.

Service Technician was very professional. On time and was in and out.

The service contract included cleaning. I told the scheduler I had Trane AC units. When the tech arrived, he inspected and said the cleaning required him to remove the AC unit cover and this type of cleaning was not included in the service. When I asked what type of cleaning I paid for, he said just a light hose down. He said a hose down will not clean these units due to the fins on the Trane. He said covers need to be removed to clean effectively. Company then wanted to charge more money to clean the units. Company sells misleading service agreements which includes cleaning but then tries to upsell an additional cleaning service. The technician said his boss did not agree with the amount of time it takes him to clean the units. Technician said he has been cleaning units for 25 years but he said his boss would come back out with him to my house to show him how to clean in less time. Company has yet to clean the AC units but I have paid for it. Service contract is misleading. Still waiting for the cleaning I paid for.

I wanted them to service and clean the units for the house we were moving into. I also gave them 3 items from the inspection list to either quote or perform, which was the main reason I was calling them. 2 of the items were small items (replacing a small foam sleeve on the suction line and clearing the condensate pump). Neither of them were done and I had to follow up on getting the an invoice for the 3rd item. I wouldn't work with them again. They seem more concerned about up-selling then they do about satisfying their customer. I let them know about the 3 items last week and that I was considering leaving this review and have not gotten a response.

My experience with them was okay because they called to let me know they're coming. When I called them, they said it's going to cost $200 and $25 to come out on weekends. They're going to come and see me next week. They said it will be 50% on Angie's List. So far, it has been good.

inspector checked compressor on the roof of my townhome. I'm not sure what was done but he said it was ok except for one part which he showed me. It scored an ok rating and was over $200 to replace. I felt uncomfortable and unconvinced that I needed the service, which was over $200 by the way. I like to view the inspection and at least see the ratings vs. being told. Also, he did not check the coil in the furnace and I feel since the coil is part of the system, it too should have been inspected. Also, he didn't have his own ladder and had to use my ladder which could be extended to over 9 feet. I helped him carry the ladder up the stairs, which I didn't mind doing, but it was odd. If I have a collapsable ladder, why can't the inspector have it in his truck? Experience was just okay and I will do more research and ask more questions next time.

Technician provided maintenance on home A/C unit. Professional, Prompt and very clear as to what I will need in the future. Great service.

Curtis the technician arrived promptly and figured out the problem immediately. He explained what the problem was and made some adjustments so it would not happen again. He also suggested a possible permanent fix that his company may be able to provide which would involve adjusting the structure a bit. Overall everything went smoothly and recommend this company to others and would use them again.

The technician did not diagnose the problem after fixing the fuse box and fuse, but before ensuring that the fan was blowing cool air into the apartment. I called the company the same day and they said they would send someone out the next day. That guy did diagnose the problem, gave a very overpriced quote for $500 to replace a condenser fan which cost $110 and probably takes an hour to install. He also charged another $50 service call fee, even though it was the technician from the day before who didn't do his job in the first place. I called to get a diagnosis but in total have paid 3 service fee trips to find out what is actually wrong with the unit. I am pushing them for a refund of the 3rd $50 service charge. If they refund it, I will remove this negative review.

We bought a house with a furnace that had not been cleaned or maintained in decades. They did a good job thoroughly inspecting the furnace, and explaining each part to me as I watched. Did a great job cleaning the very dirty furnace, inside and out, as well. I didn't appreciate the hard sell of their service plan, but I know they are just doing their job. A+

It went good. The repair required some minor adjustments to the air conditioner.

They contacted me promptly to schedule. I had to reschedule at the last second, and there was no problem.

It went great! He arrived on time, was very polite and went above and beyond in explaining things, spending extra time to get the job done right. We will use them again!

They were great. Showed up promptly, did a thorough job, and showed me everything they did and why they did it. This checkup was in response to a sale inspection, so while I normally would have done some of the work, I had to have a licensed HVAC person do it. The $30 price for the AC checkup and filter change is very reasonable, especially considering the prices of filters. Highly recommend, and will use in the future at my new house.

Professional, quick, found the problem and fixed it.

The guy was more thorough than I expected. He did try to sell me a product however I felt that the price for that product was a bit high. The reason I picked this deal was because they offered a free pound of free on but I didn't need it.

Done well as far as I'm able to determine.

It was pretty good. They showed up a couple of days later after I bought the service. They discovered a problem in the furnace that I had which required a replacement part. They got one, replaced it and did a pretty good job. I haven't had any problems since.

He made me aware of something I thought was really interesting. He said I should use a different type of filter for the unit that I have. They were very polite and were on time. They called before they were on their way so that we would be ready for them. Everything was fine. I would absolutely use them again.

It went quite well. They were on time. It took them an hour-an-half. One guy came out to do the job.

I was busy on business calls (working from home). So the guy went up to work on the outside unit on Condo roof. He came back telling me while my Freon level is good, a part (forgot the name) was going bad and it will cost me around $200 to fix. This really cannot be since my condo is only 9 years old and the A/C was serviced the year before. So I declined. He then wrote me a different receipt. Somehow, my gut tells me something bad will happen after this service. Sure enough, my A/C stopped working yesterday (7/5), blowing air, but not cooling. Freon gong? or ? Somehow, I just did not gain the level of basic trust to want to use the company again.
