I moved into my house (built in 1994) in 2004. That winter (Christmas weekend to be exact) my furnace igniter failed. As long as the furnace stayed on it was good but the moment it went out - we were without heat. I called Art and he came and diagnosed the problem. By it being Christmas weekend - there was no way to get parts for repair.
I did NOT feel comfortable sticking a match in my furnace to relight it. Art came to my house several times that weekend just to and quot;relightand quot; the furnace and assure that we had heat until he could obtain the part and do the repair.
I am still grateful! I have used him for anything heating/AC related since. I just wish he was a plumber too!!

He does what he said to do. He tells us what he is going to do and then he does it. The price seems reasonable, although we don't get quotes because he's done so much work for us. We just hire him when we need that kind of work done. And he goes about his business and gets the work done. He is reliable and knows what he's doing.
