I would give these cleaners 0 (ZERO ) or NEGATIVE rating!!!! The carpet looks horrible The did not use any solutions to get rid of the stains -

As stated above, we were extremely satisfied with this company and would give this company an "A" for the fabulous floor restoration done on our wooden floors. They are very responsive. We had a big problem with our carpets because of our dog, and they came out the same day. They are very thorough and professional. I have used them several times, and I will continue to use them.
