I would give these cleaners 0 (ZERO ) or NEGATIVE rating!!!! The carpet looks horrible The did not use any solutions to get rid of the stains -

They are great and respond quickly. They perform the work in a satisfactory way. I would use them in future.

They are very responsive. We had a big problem with our carpets because of our dog, and they came out the same day. They are very thorough and professional. I have used them several times, and I will continue to use them.

It was the second time that I used them and they came to be a good value. The staff is very accommodating and very nice. They do their job well.

I discovered a leak in a seldom-used bathroom. It has been going long enough to damage the vanity, door, jamb, floor tile grout, and laminate flooring in the hallway. I mopped up the water and closed the faulty valve, then called my insurance company. They called ACR, who came out that same afternoon. They looked at the situation and told me I already had some mold growing under the vanity. They set up a high-powered dehumidifier that got the temperature in the bathroom very high and then left. They returned a few days later, removed the dehumidifier and also removed the vanity and the damaged part of the laminate flooring. When they left, everything was ready for the contractor to come in and look at what work would need to be done. ACR was fast, efficient, and very friendly. They were also very reassuring, telling me that as leaks go, my damage wasn't all that bad. I don't know what the cost was, since it was covered by my insurance company.

The workers at ACR are great. They are extremely friendly and helpful. They are very clean and they do a great job. They are responsive and very service oriented. I have been very happy with them.

They hand cleaned (on premises) my 8 x 4 oriental carpet. I was very pleased with their courtesy and the results of the cleaning. Their had been plenty of pet hair and other "deposits" on the carpet which they were able to address. Also, they were running a sale, so the price was very good.

Flood was cleaned up the following day. They put two giant dehumidifiers and about 10 giant fans to dry carpet up for 2-3 days. They also disinfected and threw out any damaged goods. Came back after a few days and cleaned all carpets to perfection. You would never have known that our basement was underwater.
