Water Softener Service
Tim has been to my home many times over the years. As usual, Tim was punctual in arriving. He is very professional and enthusiastic about his work. We have a 20 year old water softener that had not been working and a Reverse Osmosis system of the same age. Tim was able to repair the softener which will now give us many more years of service over having to spend substantially more for a new unit. He also advised that we would be better off to replace the aging reverse osmosis system which we did not have done on this visit. Tim left brochures and pricing information for a future purchase. Tim is very reliable and will spend the time it takes to do the job right. His customers' satisfaction is very important to him.
