Inspection was routine and went well. Craig was very accommodating to perform the inspection on a Saturday. He clearly identified a few problems and submitted the report on the same day as the inspection. Unless there was a problem identified, most all of the descriptive material for the mechanics was generic.

Craig was super friendly. He was punctual (he actually beat me there). He was very relaxed and took a lot of time helping walk me through the inspection. I felt I was in very good hands and I thought his price was very reasonable. I would hire him again.

Craig promptly scheduled a visit and came out on the agreed date.  He was on time.  He was very friendly.  He was thorough and gave me a written report in short order.  I was able to use the report to negotiate a couple items with the buyer.  I couldn't have asked for a nicer, more thorough, person.  He became an instant friend.  He was such a nice man.

We think the guy inspected the house well. We haven't had any surprises with the house yet. He found cracks in the basement that needed to be repaired before we closed on the house. He also made several recommendations while inspecting the home with my husband, such as adding more insulation to the attic. The auditor arrived early and appeared neat and professional. Our only problem is that I have discovered that most of the handwriting in the report is unreadable.
