Our most recent job involved an old four square home that is being converted to office. To assist with space planning, we hired TES Architects to measure the building and create as-built floorplans. Tom was responsive with a proposal and easy to coordinate scheduling. After measuring the building, the turnaround time for actual floorplans was pretty quick.
I worked with TED on a restroom remodel in another office building that had formerly been a residence and expanded many years ago. We wanted to remodel the restrooms for ADA compliance. Again, Tom met our expectations in efficiency, cost and timing. His knowledge of local and state ordinances and assistance with the permit process made the job much easier.
Overall TES as professional, easy to work with, fairly priced and clearly had the expertise required for both jobs. I would use TES again and recommend them to anyone.

Tom was great. We needed to figure out away to place a full bathroom on our first floor.
We would have never come up with his solution.
He was on time for meetings, worked with our contractor, and vary fairly priced.
We are very happy with his services, and plan to use him in the future for future projects.

As I have already mentioned, Thomas E. Schlensker is the Architect that I have employed twice to prepare plans and submit to the Wheaton building for the interior remodel of an office building that I own. He did a very good job and i would imply him again.
