Countertop and Backsplash Service
Initial installation of the countertop lacked support on one end which required a return visit to install a support board. The cabinets had chip marks and they did not provide the proper touch up stain. Most importantly, the sink cracked last year secondary to ice cubes and it was not covered under warranty since Surface Solutions did not put the same brand sink as the countertop. We paid for an Avonite countertop but they but some other brand sink in that we can't trace to a manufacturer. Avonite after seeing pictures of the sink claims it is not their sink. Bottom line, if Surface Solutions would have installed what we paid for the sink would have been covered under the 10 year warranty. Surface Solutions wants us to pay for the new sink when they should install the new sink at no charge. BEWARE AND AVOID THIS COMPANY!

We found them through a furniture store. They did a great job. They had everything installed and finished within an hour. They were prompt and very clean. They did what they said they were going to and they were very friendly
