Description of Work: This company was provided through our insurance company for extensive water damage in the kitchen. We have had to have several three-way conversations between the service provider, insurance company representative and ourselves to get the work done correctly. Since this is an insurance claim we have had the assistance of getting work that was unacceptable redone. We would not reccmmend ServPro for any future work. At this time the work is only partially finished and our thoughts may change when the job is done.
