I responded to a facebook advertisement in which I thought that I was helping out a local company. I was told that my vents would be professionally cleaned as well as an antibacteria spray placed in them and also my dryers vents cleaned out. when the person arrived to my house, I should have stopped him before he started, but gave them benefit of the doubt. All thebworkse did was suction my vents with a wet vac and used a large air compressor which I have in my garage. I’m sure this is not his fault as this is the equipment the company provides for them to use. After finishing he did try to tell me he suctioned out the dust from the furnace but never turned on the machine. He tried to tell me that the dust is in my furnace filter, but I showed him it was no more dirty then before he started!!! I just wanted him gone. I asked him for a receipt and he had none to give me. He did call then owners wife, who got ignorant with me and then proceeded to her husband Jason on the phone. They finally sent me a receipt that says 0 balance, but never noted what I paid. tried reaching out and they refuse to get back to me. Absolutely horrible company, do not waste your money!!! I’m disappointed in myself for falling for this scam!!!

This company scams people had 2 air returns sucked by a shop vac.had air compressor by furnace in duct work blowing all dirt and debris in furnace. Nothing done as promised. Not 1 duct cleaned,didn't check dryer vent,no camera system,no sanitizer all was promised,made everything worse as dust is everywhere in house now. BEWARE!

They did an excellent job! The customer service was absolutely great. Good communication and Bill did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them!

Once again this was subcontracted out. The technician showed up on time, and performed the service. After he left I noticed that when he was removing the cold air return vent from the wall he ripped a significant chunks of paint and drywall paper with it. Damaging my property. He didnt tell me about the incident and just left me to find it. I also went to change the filter on my furnace after the service was complete to find a significant amount of debris still in my cold air return which calls into question what the rest of the ducts look like. This was terrible service.

Terrible. it was subcontracted out. The young gentleman was sweet, however, not very skilled. left 1/8" of dirt and dust EVERYWHERE in my house, including on my blinds, new white curtains I just spent $1500 for, and will cost me $500 for a cleaning crew to come in and clean up after. I am considering not trusting Angies list after this one. Compensation should be considered! I'm spending my entire Sunday just getting the dust off my walls in my ENTIRE house. This is too much!

The guy was 2 hours late. After he left the dust was everywhere even though he tried to vacuum immediate work area. The worse thing is that he ****** in the sink and I caught him on camera!!!! I advise everyone stay away from this kind of service. Absolute disappointment.

Hired Seasonal Home Care for a gutter cleaning service. The guy was hours late and the service was rather messy in which I saw a lot of the debris left on my lawn. Wasn't pleased. Then for the PAST THREE YEARS since that service, I am still being besieged with Seasonal Home Care robo calls. I've called Jason Markiewicz who is listed as the company contact NUMEROUS times requesting to be taken off their call list. Jason always says he'll complete the request and to this day - I am STILL getting robo call from this company in which I will NEVER do business with again and would NOT recommend them!

It was very good. He was very polite and accommodating.

This company called me and said that they have a special for gutter and downspout cleaning. $110 for all the gutter and downspout. It sounds like it was a good deal and all that I need. I made an appointment and A guy was able to come out on the appointment date. One guy, his name is Sergio and the only equipment that he have is a heavy ladder. I asked him if he can finished the job by himself? Because I know I will take a lot of time, but I told him that if he cant finished the cleaning, he can come back to finished it. But he said he can get it done within the day. And because the ladder that he have is very heavy I let him use my own ladder. Actually there are still leaves in the valley because he cant reached it with the broom that I let him borrowed. When it came up on the chimney, he refused to clean it, because he said they don't do roof cleaning. I asked him if how can he cleaned the downspout, he said he just poured a bottle of water in the downspout, the water goes down and that means that the downspout is clean. He said that leaves cannot go into the downspout because they are light, which is a lie. And also there is a spot there that have ice. I asked him if he can comeback to clean it, he said I have to make an appointment. So i called their office to make an appointment. the appointment was set on the 23rd of Nov. (yesterday). Since there is a spot there that is frozen and that he have to comeback for it, I just pay him $100 and I will pay him the $10 when he comes back. I went up there take photos of the places that there are still leaves, there are a lot of places.he left a ton of leaves up there. I send those photos to the office via text, and also send it to Sergio. I have waited yesterday for Sergio, I called the office and left a message, then again send the office a text message, when I found out that they have already blocked me, I was still able to call the number, but no answer, I can just leave a message, also I received a phone call from the number that Sergio gave to me, that he said it was his phone number, and the caller said that he was not Sergio, I made him repeat the number to me, and it was the number that Sergio gave to me, I also repeated back the number to Sergio when he gave it to me. He provided a bogus phone number. Sergio did not comeback and I have not heard from him. I went up there clean those spots that still have leaves and When I looked into the downspout, there are a lot of leaves in there. he lied about the downspouts are clean. I would never use this company again and I would never recommend them to anybody.

Stay Away!! Originally scheduled my appointment for Monday and was rescheduled the night before for the following Thursday between 8-9am. The Tech was 1 hr. late and arrived a little after 10am without calling.. I was hesitant at first as I questioned the tech on his lack of tools and equipment but after speaking with Jason over the phone he assured me that everything would be perfectly done and that I would be satisfied...all I can say is that I am completely unsatisfied and pretty much just wasted my money... I don't think the tech did the project correctly (his hoses are short) I didn't receive all the services advertised and promised, no videos (before or after) No sanitizing (disinfectant spray) I have items broken in my home.. the tech couldn't or wouldn't install the vents (registers back) and didn't move any of the furniture back at all. I have pictures of everything.. When I sent the pictures to Jason along with my complaints he never responded to me at all...Very Unprofessional.. the way this went is a complete bait and switch of what was advertised with what I received.. I recommended any one looking for duct cleaning to stay away and use a reputable company with the correct equipment instead of someone treating this like a "side job"..

The actual appointment went well. They showed up on the time and date they said they would show up. They climbed on the roof, walked around and acted as if they were doing what they were supposed to do. When it rained, I noticed water wasn't draining out of the gutters and the water started to pour over the gutter like a faucet, so I took a video to show them. I don't have a high ladder but I did climb up on the lower part of the gutter and stuck my hand in the gutter and pulled out what was blocking the downspouts which I noticed were leaves was leftover from the fall. I called Jason and his only suggestion was for them to come back and for us to pay them a second time because I didn't call them soon enough- I trusted that they did what they were supposed to do and didn't get up on the roof immediately after to check their work. I had no way of knowing of the issue until it rained. They didn't stand behind their work. I wasn't trying to get something for free, but I'm not going to pay someone for something that they didn't do it right the first time and trust that they are going to do it right the second time. I am so disappointed and I know have to pay double.

Jason arrived on time. He explained his procedures, how long the procedure would take, and the clean up involved. HE worked quickly and efficiently.

Everything went very well. The tech who came out was great. Explained everything to me in detail and did the work quickly and efficiently. The cost was a bit more than I expected because I opted to have the sanitizer applied to all the vents but that was the only up-charge other than the price we discussed over the phone.

Great job. He put the debris in a bag where other gutter cleaners just blow the debris all over my yard, patio and driveway.
