I was shocked when my basement flooded, I've never dealt with something like this before. ProDry Restoration was highly recommended, so I called them right away. I'm glad I did, they had someone out to me right away. I was pretty dismayed by the whole situation but they did a great job at calming me down and giving me some peace of mind. Within one day, they were able to take out everything that was irremediable and set up their drying equipment. As they were working, they made sure to use cloth rugs upstairs, and to plastic wrap all of my furniture to keep my home clean in the midst of the mess. They are an incredibly courteous, clean, and hardworking team of professionals. I hope I don't have to call them again anytime soon, but I have them on speed dial just in case.

The team from ProDry was very professional, and communicative. They were so calm and professional in how they approached the water damage, which helped to ease our worries about the process. They also kept us informed every step of the way, which we are very grateful for. Thank you ProDry for getting my home back to pre-loss conditions faster than I could have imagined! Our house got flooded in October, we had several companies looking at the damage. First 2 companies i called were booked till the end of November and December, which is ridiculous if you are dealing with water damage. Another company tried to get me to sign the contract without even looking at the issues. Prodry guys came the same day we called. They were very honest, informative and helpful. They didn't try to scare us, but instead were very supportive. They gave us a good quote right away and started the job the same night. It was easy to deal with them. Galina would respond every call and tried to accommodate our schedule. Mike and Peter did great job drying our house, and working with our insurance. When our house got flooded again, Prodry was the first company we called. When Mike came to look at the damage and saw that we already started drying everything ourselves (learnt from them), said that we can finish drying without them. He gave me a lot of advice, showed where to put the dryers and said that he would come back to check on moisture levels in couple days, told me to text or call him if i have any questions. Mike contacted me himself in couple days and after working for 40 hours still came to my house to check on how the drying process was going. Didn't take money, didn't try to sell me any of the services. So kind and professional. We would definitely hire them again!

ProDry took care of everything -- removing the water, disposing of the carpets and damaged drywall and insulation in the walls, and dryed out the entire area so remediation could begin as soon as possible. They carefully moved and wrapped our belongings to protect them from any further damage, and after everything was dry, made sure the areas of the floor and walls that were flooded were sprayed with a safe antimicrobial agent to prevent mold. Their work was outstanding, matched only by their friendly, customer-focused approach. ProDry also works with a few outstanding companies to provide remediation, and I hired the company the referred and have been extremely pleased with their work, too. ProDry is professional, caring, honest and a pleasure to work with.

Outstanding Service by Mike Petrow & his team. I am so glad I called them after I got a very bad estimate from Se*** **O. My basement got flooded & I called Pro Dry for an estimate. I was very impressed with how Mike approached looking at the damaged area. He not only looked at the damaged area but looked everywhere to see if there was water in the crawlspace & other areas. He found more damage which the previous company missed. He asked me a few questions & got down to finding the root cause of the issue. He gave me a very good estimate to get it done. More importantly I was very impressed by his due diligence in spending time inspecting the whole area. He explained the entire process to me. His crew showed up the next day to start the work Very professional team overall. They took the time to show me everything & explain the process. Work was done & the area was left very clean after the carpeting & drywall was taken out. They took the time & care to remove/cover all the personal items to minimize damage to any item. Mike was there when the insurance inspection happened to walk the insurance team through the issue & why certain items when removed. Insurance inspector called me later to inform me that he was very impressed by the detail & documentation provided by Mike. Mike went above & beyond when he also came when my water proofing contractor came for an estimate to ensure that they were addressing the main issues. I would recommend Mike & the Pro Dry team 1000% to get the job done right & professionally.

They steam cleaned. Quick, easy and affordable

Very well. Mike was very attentive and informative and worked within our insurance coverage, even though our insurance provider was being difficult.

We woke up at 4AM with a flooded basement and quickly needed assistance in cleaning things up. We called ProDry and Mike was at our home and ready to help within the hour. He got right to work and was very helpful. We also appreciated that he provided a lot of honest advice about our situation - we felt that he was trustworthy and was truly looking to help us out and not make a buck. We wouldn't hesitate to call ProDry for help again if the need ever arises!

Everything went smoothing. Communication was easy. We loved the company and the technicians.

It went great! They were extremely professional, thorough and treated the project like they were doing it at their own home. It made the whole situation a lot less stressful for us. 

Couldn't be happier with Mike and Prodry. We had water leaking on our ceiling, and the plumber suggested we contact Mike. We had no idea the issues that went in hand with a small leak and Mike was able to walk us through all steps, showed us the damage that was already occurring (which they corrected), and worked with us to determine whether to pursue an insurance claim. Mike was always prompt, super clear and helpful in describing his work and next steps, kept everything clean, and finished in the time estimated. My husband said he's never worked with a home repair service provider that he trusted more. While I hope to not have water damage in the future, if we do, wouldn't hesitate at all to use Prodry again

I am a real estate professional and have used several local companies in the past.  From quote to finish ProDry was easy to work with, reasonably priced and extremely thorough.  Highly recommend!

They were wonderful! Mike and Inessa came back and checked on everything. They met with the insurance agent, arranging all details We were feeling so desperate, but Mike set us at ease right away. I can't say enough about the very professional way the whole project was completed.

Michael explained that padding cant be saved and they removed all the carpeting and padding. They did a great job in boxing my personal items in boxes. Drywall had to be cut in order for them to dry everything. Very pleased with the outcome and insurance handling. Mike and his crew made the process smooth and very understandable.

These guys were great. I had a flood last week. It was one of those frosty nights right before winter, and the pipe that lead to my outdoor hose burst...inside my house. Long story short, the pipe leaked overnight in my basement, while we were asleep. 

Woke up in the morning and the basement has 3 inches of water. I've been a homeowner for 7 years- this was my first experience of the dreadful feeling of walking in water in my own basement.

So...did the obvious thing. Turned to Yelp, which is actually on my phone for other reasons. Namely: restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

These guys showed up the next morning. Mike (one of the two techs) did a professional job at letting me know the entire process, from A to Z. He let me know which items could be saved from the damage, and what needed to go.

Throughout the whole process, they made sure that everything was taken care of. They really knew their stuff, and both techs (Mike and Dan) were very careful with my super expensive furniture. 

They hauled away all the debris- I didn't even have to worry about the trash. Pretty helpful, actually. 

I'm an accountant, and I work in the city. I'm one of the most anal and annoying people out there, and Prodry had the patience to explain everything, even when I would ask a question 2, or even 3 times. These guys were super detailed. 

Check out the other reviews. I'm sure there are decent companies out there that'll do a good job- but what got me was that these guys treated me like I was family. Every little detail- the tech was concerned with. 

We actually had a choice between Prodry and a big-named flood restoration company. Glad I went with these guys. 

Seems like they're local, and I guess that's what makes them stand out from the national brands that are also out there.

My two year old son found a marker and scribbled all over the light colored carpet in a room of our rental home. I knew the landlord wouldn't be happy so I found ProDry Restorations phone number and called and they were able to come the next day. Mike did a great job removing stains and cleaned the carpet in that room. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Used them on several occasions for different types of needs such as our ceiling was pilling because of the water damage caused by shower and they knew exactly what to do to fix it and prevent it from future leaks, also used them at least twice for carpet cleaning and again they did an amazing job as we have 5 children and our carpet gets pretty dirty over time, they had scotch guard it as well for extra protection. Also our car is old and needs cleaning once in a while and when we used a different company for auto detailing our car ended up with a strange moldy odor for months so when we used ProDry not only our car was clean but I expected the same odor to be there as a I thought it's normal as it's an older car but the odor never came, so over all very happy with the services and highly recommend.

I used a different company for my carpet cleaning for the last few years, but every time I used the other company, the stains would come back after a few weeks. When I showed the stains to the new company, Prodry, they told me they would come out because they use steam cleaning. The way it works, is there are tubes coming from his truck that go all the way up the stairs and it's steam cleaned. It's been about six weeks since they've cleaned my carpet, and those stains are gone. Usually they came back within a week or two with the old cleaners. They clean my car for no charge as a bonus. The car smells fresh. I usually take my car to the auto cleaning company, and the last time that I did, they got a lot of water in the carpet in my car, and for a couple of weeks I had this smell (a wet clothes smell, like mildew). I had to call them about it. When I explained to Prodry what had happened, they explained to me that the other company had used too much water, and left water on my seats (which are leather). They cleaned my car for me, and my car doesn't smell like mildew anymore. They're very friendly. The other company had also left too much chemical in my carpet, it was rough-feeling. Prodry explained that this was because there were too many chemicals being used on the carpet, and that it shouldn't be like that. Prodry cleaned it, and I walked on it, and it was like regular carpet. I should have never allowed the first guy to do it. I'm really happy with Prodry.
