My home had sustained some damage from a recent hail storm.  On the day of the insurance inspection, Prime Contractors met with the insurance adjuster to go over the house to assist in identifying all areas of damage.  After the insurance examination and scope was completed, Prime Contractors met with me to go over the scope and then presented options for best utilizing the allocated funds.  I have to say that this was my first experience with major home repairs. I found Prime Contractors to be very patient in helping me to understand  what was needed and how these needs could best be met.  On each day of work, the crew arrived on time. They let me know what they would be doing and about how long they anticipated they would need to complete the jog.  I found them to be very hard working and courteous.  They did an excellent job on the installation of the roof and the siding.  I have several neighbors who do construction work and they all commented that the work was very well done.  They cleaned up very well behind themselves.  I am very happy with the work that was done and the way in which the work was done.  I would use Prime Contractors again for the next major home improvement project.

Representative stopped by the neighborhood offering free estimates for work. I accepted the proposal and told him that I would get other estimates. A month or so later I called to accept their bed.
Scheduling was a little difficult but that's understandable he had other work. Once we agreed on a start date the communication began to fall down. We were told that they would drop the dumpster the evening before the work was to begin, so we cleared a spot and waded no-show the day they were to begin at 730 in the morning there was no show until 1115 when I called they showed at 1230 we had been waiting all day. They did a good job of removing the old roof and a fair job of cleaning up the nails we had asked them to sweep it a second time with the magnet they were short on material so they said they would come back the next morning with one more bundle they didn't show up until 1230 in the afternoon they did complete the work and went on about their way. 
The crew was friendly and the work looks to be very well done. There was some confusion about who was going to do the work the owner has several roofing firms and the original firm that we contracted with were the ones we paid however the building permit was in the name of another firm that they had done work for in our community I didn't see any problem with that it was just confusing to have all of the changes.
