Perfection Plus Cleaning

I was not very happy with them. They called us for feedback and I did let them know that I was disappointed. They really did not do a good job at all. We asked them to focus on the kitchen and the bathroom and neither of those two were done satisfactorily. The white cabinets had not been wiped at all from the outside. In the inside they had those contact liners which I asked them specifically to take out and wipe. Some of the paper in the cabinets had not been pulled out at all, same thing with the drawers in the bathroom. There were liners and they were full of hair and stuff. It was just disgusting. It took them a fairly long time. It took them more than four hours and they still needed two people. They could have done a much, much better job. They did not have to do the carpets. We already have somebody to clean them. It was just a few things and I wanted them to do them really well but I was not happy. The price was kind of reasonable but the service was not to my satisfaction. The assistant called me later to get my feedback and said they will soon get back with me and they wanted to make this right but I did not hear from them. I would not use them again, that is for sure, simply because I was not happy with their service. They seemed polite enough but I did not like their work.
