We had a financial change and did not end up using them. Totally on US, not them. The quote was good. And, considering the peeling paint on my front deck that we painted ourselves, I wonder if we should not have figured out a way to have the pros do it. ($475)

They did not come on time. They canceled several times, and when they finally did come they broke a window. They were aggressive with their quote and then were not interested in the work.

THEY HAD GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL. WORK TOOK A BIT LONGER THAN EXPECTED, BUT AFTER RE-COMMUNICATING OUR EXPECTATIONS, THEY WERE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE JOB IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. I WILL USE THEM FOR FUTURE PAINTING PROJECTS.

They did a great job responding to a late season request. It ended up being probably the last good day of the season to get the job done and 5 guys did it in a day. This worked out great for me and I would hire them back. The only small issue was there was paint drippings on some of my window sills and a small amount of splatter on the deck. Tim agreed to come back and take care of it. I withheld $100 and told him if his schedule or the weather didn't work don't sweat it; I could do it myself, either way was fine.

Company was prompt in getting out to view the project and then to offer a bid. The work went a little slowly but it was weather related not anding else. Work was completed, Tim was given entry to the house in our absence to completely seal the front door, and everything went as explained and expected.

Had to follow-up numerous times to obtain an estimate. Did show up on date promised and provided a written quote on the spot. Chose not to use as cost was higher than other estimate I received.

Tim and his helper did an A++ job on our house, the best we've ever had on any of our houses! They did a thorough job of prepping, something skipped by many contractors, and did an excellent job of painting the multiple colors on the house and windows. The house looks fabulous.

I contacted Tim Youngberg for an exterior paint job. He came out and gave me a written estimate. Once I accepted the estimate he began the job approximately one and one-half weeks later due to a lot of rainy days. Once he started the job it took about one week to complete. Tim communicated well with me and he and his crew did a very nice job. The house looks great.

This company was professional and competent. Tim and his crew removed all old paint on my decks and repainted them with a new deck stain. They then painted some cement stairs for us. Their pricing was good, and they worked well despite a heat index soaring well over 100 degrees.

WHEN I CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE AND EXPLAINED THAT WE WERE TRYING TO GET OUR HOME ON THE MARKET, TIM SUGGESTED THAT HE COULD COME OUT THAT EVENING TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE. HE SAID HE COULD FIT OUR JOB IN THE FOLLOWING WEEK. ALTHOUGH TIM WAS ABOUT 30% HIGHER THAN OUR OTHER ESTIMATE HE WORKED AROUND OUR SCHEDULE. HE WAS THERE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE AND FINISHED IN THE TIME FRAME PROMISED. HE WAS VERY NEAT, PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. YES, WE WOULD CALL TIM AGAIN WHEN WE HAD PAINTING THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE.

THE MANAGER BROUGHT HIGH GLOSS MARINE VARNISH ON THE FIRST DAY AND I TOLD HIM WE HAD CONTRACTED FOR SEMI-GLOSS BEFORE HE STARTED WORK. THE MANAGER SAID HE WOULD GO TO THE PAINT STORE TO GET SEMI-GLOSS, BUT HE DIDN'T, HE JUST USED THE GLOSS VARNISH INSTEAD. I CALLED THE MANAGER AFTER THE FIRST DAY TO COMPLAIN AND HE SAID THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO TO CORRECT THE SITUATION. IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY, I'D STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO BUY THE PAINT OR VARNISH YOURSELF.
