OSO gets down to work immediately and doesn't waste a minute. When I got overwhelmed, I stepped back and she kept the momentum going. There was no judgement on her part. She is understanding and realistic. No I don't need 263 pens! I wanted a livable space that made me stress free and OSO was the remedy. We did office, living room, bedroom, and garage!
