I had very good experience with One Stop Pros a few years ago when I had a frozen water pipe so when I recently began having trouble with some toilets and a bathroom faucet, I called them again. I could have called a handyman for this work but I thought there might have been a bigger problem and wanted it done right. They sent someone out within a week and the guy told me I needed to replace the toilets and faucet. He gave me a quote for $1,025 to replace three toilets and two bathroom faucets. I scheduled the work for a few weeks later. When he was about to install the last toilet, he told me he just received a call from his office and would need to come back to install the faucets another day because he had to go to another customer who had a flooded basement. He said he would be back three days later to install my faucets. While inconvenient for me, I understood that the other job was an emergency. When he never returned as promised, I emailed the company to express my displeasure and to let them know I would find someone else to install the faucets. I immediately received an email with an apology and a promise to call me the next morning to arrange a time that week. I received a call the next morning and we set a new appointment for two days later. Again, no one showed up or called. I wouldn’t trust this company again.

The technician arrived on time (spring & fall) , he did the job professionally and gave us many practical recommendations. I will definitely use this company next year.

It went well. They took time to first scope out the attic to look for the existing wiring under mounds of insulation. They took time to plan what needed to happen - they came prepared with all supplies needed

This company was fantastic. During the coldest night of the year (-26 degrees), a pipe burst above my garage in the middle of the night. I tried calling over ten different 24-hour emergency plumbing companies to come fix the pipes. Only 3 companies even answered their phone overnight. The dispatcher tried hard to get a contractor out to my home at 1am. However, all of the plumbers were out on other jobs. She offered to have a plumber come out at 8am the next morning. I asked if the plumber would definitely be there at 8am, and she assured me that he would be there. Next day, they showed up promptly at 8am and immediately began work to find and repair the burst section of pipe. They quickly found the issue and repaired it. The work was done quickly and effectively. I have not had any problems since the work was completed. This company really delivered when I had an emergency and needed the help quickly. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and delivery of services.

Excellent, not only did the job I called about but also helped me carry the old stove out, bring the new stove in and hooked it up for me. VERY HELPFUL!

Great service all the way around, a/c went out and our furnace wasn't doing well last winter either, so replaced both. OneStop Pro did a perfect job, great crew members, fast professional service. They had everything installed quickly at at a reasonable rate as well. Will definitely use them again when needed for any of their other services as well.

We have a 3-year old, and all of us hate being hot. :) We noticed our house wasn't cooling off, and could not get below 70 degrees. After removing the panel from my furnace I noticed huge build-ups of ice blocks. This was at 7pm at night. I did an online chat with OneStop, and they said they could be at my house by 10pm. Whoa, that's impressive. The guys came out, diagnosed my issue rather quickly, and within 90 minutes sealed up the leak in my unit and restored nearly 4lbs of coolant. Our A/C is performing like a champ now! These guys check off all the important boxes for me — They were on time (early, even); didn't give me any B.S. when it came to pricing and what needed to get done; and very thorough when explaining what went wrong, and what could happen in the near future to keep an eye out for.

One stop Pro showed up on time, were extremely professional and did a great job. They weren’t cheap by any means - on the more expensive side - but you get what you pay for and these guys are worth it IMO.

I needed to find someone who could do both plumbing and cut an access through lathe and plaster. As their name implies, One Stop could do both jobs, and very well. I was worried that cutting through my wall might introduce cracking, but that wasn’t the case. The cut was clean and very professional looking. Overall a great job. Later on we discovered we had no hot water since they forgot to turn our hot water heater back on. That took me a while to figure out how to relight it. Also, they said that they were not Angie’s list members anymore and were surprised that there are coupons here. I did end up getting a $25 senior discount, which was not the 10% senior discount ($67) mentioned here.

Great work at a fare price. Also had the technician make some general electric repairs that had been piling up for a while and install a new outlet.

We started to hear BOOM sound every a couple of hors in the house a week ago. We found out it was from the ejector pump. The pipe shaked and hit the wood/board around the pipe in the utility room ceiling after the pump water process was finished. I called the company that installed my new ejector pump 3 months ago and they thought after changing the check valve to a quiet one would stop the problem. I kind of doubted it and wanted to hear a 2nd opinion. I called OneStop and they were able to come on the same day. Will came and told me we also needed to brace the pipe and attach to walls. It sounded more like a solution for me. Plus the price is the same as the first company AND he could do it right away. I was happy after will fixed it. No more BOOM sound in the house. Will is very knowledgeable. He checked how long the pipe goes and where needed a brace. Then he put multiple braces to make the pipe more stable. The other company didn’t do it. From those small actions he did, I knew he cared his service quality. So, I told him more plumbing issues we have in the house and I am waiting on his quotes. I will definitely recommend this company.

My heat went out on Christmas (dead thermostat), and I called the day after based on positive reviews. Robert was friendly, professional, quick, wore boot protectors and was courteous with my noisy/friendly dog. The Lady manning the phones was also friendly and professional. I had a new thermostat and working heat in under an hour. I definitely will call again for service and repairs!
