Nerds By Design

David set up a time to come out and look at my computer. He was punctual and polite. He looked at my computer, fixed a couple things that were slowing it down and gave me recommendations on what to buy when I am ready to purchase a new computer.

Excellent.

All of my experiences with David have been excellent. He is VERY responsive...which is a big deal when one has a computer problem. He is willing to come to the house and / or log on remotely (which works VERY well). I have taken to having him log on occasionally (when I am  not experiencing a problem per se) just to overview and "clean up" my system. 
It is highly unlikely that I will ever understand how to fix or troubleshoot problems on my computer / phone / or tablet. That said, I need someone whom I absolutely trust knows what he is doing and has patience to explain enough to me that I know what was fixed and how to avoid future problems. I recommend him without reservation! You will be in very good hands!

David Newman of Nerds by Design installed my original computer.  I didn't like Microsoft 10 mainly because I wasn't familar with it.  I told Dave about the hacking problem, the reduced rate & no Kaspersky.  He assured me "10" was worth getting used to.  Dave also said Microsoft never reduces their repair fees or offers a "one time only coupon".  He  cleaned or cleared whatever was blocking my computer.  He also installed  some other programs I couldn't.  I highly recommend Nerds by Design!!!  And it didn't cost me a new computer, a
$700 fix it fee or a $300 + my original $161.00  3 yr. membership fee for Kaspersky!  I have the Geek Squard across the street from me & didn't have to disassemble my computer to bring over to them for days or weeks.  Dave took care of my problem by phone.  My computer has never worked better.  I strongly suggest if you ever have a problem with your computer, give the Nerds a try.  You'll never regret it.

They were very good. They just kind of came here, did their work, and left. That was pretty much what I wanted them to do. I will definitely use them in the future.

N*** by Design (Dave) came to my house and was EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He fixed my computer faster than he originally said he would. In addition, when he returned my computer to me...my computer was faster and had been fully updated. Also, he picked up and dropped off my computer at my house. I'm not computer literate and a couple of days later, I had another issue and he satisfied the problem within minutes. If there's someone more knowledgeable about computers, I'd like to meet them. However, what I really liked about Nerds by Design...is that they REALLY seemed concerned and liked their job!! I will not use another company, now that I have met Nerds by Design.

Our computer was operating very slowly and suddenly wouldn't work at all. We were getting all kinds of virus warnings on the computer. We called David Newman, who has helped us before with other computer tasks. David came right over and ran diagnostics on our computer; he discovered that it was badly damaged by several viruses. He said the only safe solution was to start over and reinstall Windows and other programs. Since this is a time-consuming process, he took the computer with him and returned it the next day. He reinstalled everything and upgraded the computer memory. The computer is working great now. David is professional, knowledgeable, punctual, courteous, and efficient. We highly recommend him!!
