Late in the afternoon, a large branch from a dying tree crashed into my front yard. They responded immediately, gave us a good estimate and re-arranged their schedule to remove the tree the next morning. By the next afternoon, the tree and the stump were both gone.

Mr. Macdougall came out to the house in a timely manner to provide an estimate. He arrived when he said he would arrive. He was able to do the tree removal in a timely manner and was also prompt, arriving to remove the tree as scheduled. The crew was most professional and took down the tree without any damage to the fence or patio. They did a good job cleaning up after the job was completed. We were very pleased with a job well done. The fee for the removal of this large tree located in a difficult spot was most reasonable.
