+ 0 moreEstimate of work: May 2014 KJN Construction provided us a quote to complete a remodel of our basement and laundry room. He was responsiveness and professional in our two meetings. He was flexible on meeting time to accommodate my schedule with work. KJN even come back out to adjust our quote when we decided to make additional changes after our initial discussion, allowing us to finally make are decision to hire a contractor. Overall KJN price was comparable with other companies but we decided to select another contractor for the work. We would contact him again for future estimates.

+ -1 moreKen completely redid our kitchen. It involved lots of millwork and detail, including fully integrated appliances. It turned out beautifully. We were so pleased we had him come back and do our master bath which was a huge job. Completely refigured the layout, which involved moving plumbing and electric. Finishes included marble shower, vintage tub, custom vanity and mirror, wainscot and crown. It's gorgeous! Ken and his crew are not only professional, but easy to be around. I wouldn't use anyone else for a future project. His attention to detail is exceptional.
Description of Work: Ken remodeled our kitchen first and then a year later did our master bath.

Description of Work: It has been just over a year since Ken and his great crew from KJN finished remodeling our kitchen and eating area. We have been very pleased with the result. The workmanship was excellent. Beyond the pure technical skills, Ken and his staff minimized the grief inherent in a kitchen remodel. They were in every way, considerate of our family and their needs during every phase of the process. At our request, Ken and his crew took steps to accomodate allergies and minimize dust, as well as use environmentally friendly materials when possible. Everyone was courteous, pleasant to have around, and became like family. We could not imagine anyone doing a better job.

+ 0 moreWe were amazed at the professionalism and quality of Ken's work. He kept us informed all along the way and explained the process very clearly. Ken is a perfectionist! He adhered to the budget. The team was punctual! The end product is a dream come true.
Description of Work: Ken remodeled our kitchen using architectural drawings from our kitchen designer. This work included removing a wall, install new drywall, floors, cabinets, appliances, and ceramic back splash, and painting. He also did a major remodeling of our bathroom. Ken has a wonderful team who together created an amazingly beautiful kitchen and bathroom.
