Jason did an excellent job with a complex process. We have a home built in 1929, with many unique construction details and every step presented unique challenges to be solved. In addition, bathroom was a very small space and we were able to create additional room for a full size vanity through his creative design and construction expertise. The job remained on time and on budget and Jason is an excellent communicator and kept us informed throughout the process.  In addition the subs he brought in did excellent work. They were also respectful and tidy, which is important when you are living in the house through the remodel.  We are very pleased with the results.  This is the second time that we have used Jason and we would not hesitate to do so again.

We were very happy with how the project turned out. Jason was very knowledgeable, friendly and communicated well with us. The end product is of very high quality and met all of our expectations.  Jason also managed change orders and costs well. As with many additions to a 90 year old home, we ran into issues that required major changes in the design and construction. Jason was able to manage these issues well and was not only able to keep the project on schedule, but able to take advantage of the situation that we encountered to greatly improve the design of the addition.
The renovation was thoughtfully executed in a way that allowed us to remain in the home during the project which was a major cost savings. Jason was able to create a solution to allow the subcontractors to access the work area without coming through the main house, which made the experience much easier to deal with. Finally, the subcontractors that were on sight were unfailingly polite and courteous, which is a major issue when you are living through a renovation.
We would recommend Jason to anyone who is looking to do a home renovation or home addition.

Jason is a friendly professional.  From the initial meeting all the way through to the end of the project he was in constant contact, allowed us to make changes and was on top of all the work being done.  The project was on time and a little under budget.  We love the end result and will use Jaw Builders again when we need a good builder.

In addition to being a great builder, Jason has shown himself to be someone we can count on.  We had a small issue (unrelated to his project) when I was out of town and my wife called him.  He showed up at our door and took care of the immediate issue and gave us recommendations to get it fixed. His commitment to his customers goes above and beyond anything you typically find today.

Working with Jason at JAW builders exceeded our expectations.  He was polite, engaged and reliably professional.  A lot of times working with builders on a small remodel, they aren't as engaged as if it were a whole house build.  But, Jason was completely devoted in giving us an experience that we felt was as important as an entire house build.  I had a problem with a cabinet door a year later.  I called Jason and he had someone over here to repair it the next day.  If that doesn't reveal dedication, I don't know what does.  I would refer him to ANYONE at anytime.  They are fantastic and a pleasure to work with.

The process working with Jason from JAW Builders was a nightmare. There's no accountability with him, while his business acumen lacked as every thing he did cost way more than originally estimated. Through the whole process we were presented with ZERO change orders, but later on expected to take him for his word for extra costs. Not having done this before, we finally we put our foot down and started asking for receipts and invoices for all these extra costs, where Jason has been unable to provide them. In summary, we would never use him again and have needed to hire others to finish up work that he failed to complete.

The experience was great. They make things right and they are always looking out for the best interest of the customer. I've worked with them a handful of times over the past 10 years.

Jason was expierenced and professional. We have used him on multiple project on various homes and have always been pleased.

He was just terrific. The workman ship was great and he really made time for me. He walked me through the entire process and I was happy with the results. I was impressed by his responsiveness.

We appreciated Jason's ability to analyze various options during the planning and construction phases and to determine the best course of action, always while encouraging our input. And, gosh darn it, Jason is a really nice guy. While we worked with Jason on a relatively small remodel project, we have had the pleasure of visiting and inspecting his full home construction projects. Jaw Builders is an award-winning builder of engergy effiicent homes. Moreover, the craftmanship and attention to detail are impressive. Above all, there is a sense that Jason A.
