Art is very friendly and did a very nice job on both projects. I was a little upset that the final cost on the wall outlet was almost double the original estimate though. He explained that it required more wall work than anticipated, but I was not informed of the difficulty until after the work was completed. Nevertheless, he did say that he gave me a discount on the light installation. He came out to do both projects at once but then had to re-schedule the wall outlet installation. After not hearing from him, I left him a message, and he returned my call about a week later. He explained several projects had come up and he did not have my home number, as he had thought. As my work was not an emergency this was not a big deal, but I would have liked a quicker response just to let me know. He was always on time and very professional. I will probably use him again.
