Their price was the best of all of the estimates I received.  I will be having them come back to do another job for me.

Our whole house is wood flooring. The back room is lapel and also our kitchen is lapel. It was the second time that we had the same type of work done after we came to this house. Last time we had someone else who came and they didn’t show up this time and we didn’t have a good experience. I wasn’t pleased with the other company because we had to take all of our furniture’s and it was not easy to do that. Then a friend of mine referred me to Dura Master and said that they are pretty good at what they do. One of the things that I really liked about them is that they have a type of equipment where it takes all the dirt into the truck and blows it into the truck. So it was really good and they did an excellent job for us. Their price was very reasonable. They were wonderful. It was two guys who showed up and they did a really great job. We didn’t get involved and do anything. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I have had my floors done before and had to remove all dishes etc.due to the sanding and dust storm it created. In addition the second time we had them resurfaced the company never showed. I was not looking forward to emptying my house for another no show but the floors needed attention. I contacted Dura master and these guys were great! They came in and used the sand free system and it worked as advertised. No dust, anywhere. We had the entire bottom floor refinished and the floors which are 80 years old now look brand new. I highly recommend this company, they are friendly, on time and do a quality job.

The floor is beautiful. It turned out better than expected. We had to leave the workers alone in the house the first day and there were no problems at all. They are very professional and very good at refinishing old wood.

There were some areas where he couldn't clean the pet stains. The stairs were not done to my satisfaction. The soil was pulled from the back to the front of the stairs, and it dried on the edge.

Initially, when he came in and sanded the floors, he applied a very strong stain and sealant. We should have been told not to be in the house that night, because the odor was incredibly strong; strong enough to make my eyes burn. He was a very nice man though, and he did a very good job.

Steve was prompt and communicated very well. The finished product exceeded our expectations. His recommendations on color and finish were spot on. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Recently bought the house. Scheduled Steve to come out the day of the closing for estimate. Was slightly higher than other quote, but was able to do the work in half of the time and had dustless system (which was worth the additional money). Started at the time stated and was finished in less time than what was originally quoted. Removed all of the carpet and cut into smaller strips according to waste management requirements. Pulled out all of the staples and fixed any problems with the floors. Steve was very polite, explained everything very well, and did a great job. Would recommend him to anyone.

The work was done promptly, there was no dust or mess, and the people were very professional and helpful. We would definitely recommend them.

Everything was done as they said it would be and they did a fantastic job. The quote was right on and they did not waste any time getting the floors done. My floors look great and I always get compliments on them. They even held up through a 80 pound dog walking on them.

They were fantastic. We were putting our home on the market and our realtor recommended we refinish our worn wood floor. Since we wanted to get it on the market in two weeks, we were in a bit of a rush. Steve came out right away for a quote and recommended we use a machine that sucks up all the dust. His quote was slightly higher from a few other companies due to the dust less process but we decided it was worth it. He came in immediately to start the job sanded the first day and put on the first coat. It was amazing, there was no dust at all and the smell wasn't bad. We could walk on the floor after two hours and could even sleep in the house that night. The second day he put on two coats of the satin finish. It looked great and we sold our home in only 3 days.

We were not the easiest people to schedule with and Steve was very accommodating. He was upfront on what we could expect refinishing our old floors and the floors came out looking great. He was a good guiding force for stain color.

Very responsive to phone call. Came out promptly and gave estimate. Scheduled work in a reasonable time frame. Very neat. Work was done very well. We are very pleased overall.

Steve did an outstanding job. The floor was originally stained very dark. He sanded that out and put on the light golden/red stain we wanted, and all of a sudden one section of floor, about 3x2 feet, darkened. Steve guessed the room was originally carpeted and pet urine had soaked in and damaged the wood. Sure enough, our neighbors confirmed the previous owners sometimes had up to 5 dogs at once and the room had had wall to wall carpet. Steve came back two days later, removed the damaged section of floor, and PAINSTAKINGLY replaced it with new boards, in random lengths to match the original floor. I know this was more work than he bargained for but he never complained and THEN he resanded the ENTIRE room (that he had just sanded and stained two days ago) so that when he put the stain down again, the whole room would match. I was blown away by the finished product, the quality of work, and the price.

I liked everything. They had a good price, and they didn't ask for any money up front. Really good attitudes and took their time, did a really thorough job on my 90 year old maple floor. They didn't complain at all and got it done in 2 days. The floor looks terrific.

THE WORK IS ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! THEY DID A MAGNIFICENT JOB - TOTALLY DUSTLESS AND CLEAN. YOU'D NEVER KNOW THEY WERE THERE EXCEPT THE FLOORS ARE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AND LOOK BRAND NEW. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. VERY FAIR PRICE, VERY RESPONSIVE, ON TIME, AND GREAT TO WORK WITH! I'M TEMPTED TO REDO ALL THE FLOORS IN MY HOME!!

STEVE WAS AN ABSOLUTE DREAM COME TRUE. WE WERE IN A BIND WITH A NEW HOME PURCHASE AND SCHEDULED MOVE. UPON FINAL WALK-THROUGH WE DISCOVERED THAT ALL OF THE FLOORS HAD TO BE REDONE. STEVE SAVED THE DAY BY BEING ABLE TO START WORK IMMEDIATELY AND HIS WILLINGNESS TO WORK THROUGH THE WEEKEND TO HELP US OUT! HE USES A VACUUM SYSTEM THAT KEPT THE HOUSE CLEAN AND TOP QUALITY GRADE PRODUCTS (WHICH IS WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR). THE FLOORS CAME OUT BEAUTIFULLY. THE COST IS HIGHER THAN USING ''TRADITIONAL'' FLOOR REFINISHERS, BUT IS WELL WORTH THE COST IN TERMS OF CLEANLINESS AND DURABILITY. I'VE LIVED THROUGH SANDING FLOORS BEFORE, AND I'LL NEVER GO ANY OTHER WAY NOW- THAN THIS VACUUM SYSTEM (NO DUST! NO MUSS! NO FUSS!) STEVE'S SERVICE, PROMPTNESS, TRUSTWORTHINESS ARE WAY ABOVE THE NORM OF CONTRACTORS OUT THERE. HE DOES WHAT HE SAYS HE IS GOING TO DO. HE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS AND HE CARES. I RECOMMEND HIM WHOLEHEARTEDLY AND UNRESERVEDLY.

FANTASTIC JOB! STEVE WAS VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE GOT THIS LARGE JOB DONE IN JUST 3 DAYS!! HIS VENTILATION SYSTEM IS GREAT-THERE REALLY ISN'T A MESS. THE FLOORS LOOK WONDERFUL, AND THE ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT SAVED US A LOT OF MONEY. WE HAVE A VERY OLD HOME, AND THE FLOORS ARE AN IMPORTANT FEATURE, SO WE REALLY WANTED THEM DONE RIGHT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

HE USED A VACUUM SYSTEM THAT PRACTICALLY ELIMINATED THE DUST. THE STAIN AND POLYURETHANE WERE LOW ODOR. WE WERE ABLE TO WALK ON IT WITHIN AN HOUR OR TWO, ALTHOUGH FURNITURE HAD TO REMAIN OFF OF IT FOR 3 DAYS. HE DOES NOT MOVE FURNITURE, SO WE HAD TO MOVE IT OUT BEFORE HE CAME. HE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE. WE HAD SOME SCHEDULING PROBLEMS, BUT I THINK IT WAS DUE TO THE FACT THAT HE WAS TRYING TO SQUEEZE US IN SINCE WE WANTED TO PUT OUR HOME ON THE MARKET AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. HE WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. OUR FLOOR LOOKS GREAT!

IT WAS COMPLETED WITH A MINIMUM DISRUPTION OF MY FAMILY'S LIFE. WE WERE WALKING ON THE FLOORS IN STOCKING FEET 2 HOURS AFTER THEY WERE GONE. STEVE CAME ON TIME AND RETURNED CALLS QUICKLY. THE FLOORS NEVER LOOKED BETTER.
