Poor craftsmanship, inconsistent hours, was told a 6 week job went to 12 1/2 weeks, ran errands for supplies more than he worked on project, misconstrued my words, would make decisions like where the lighting was going to be without asking, installed a grab bar incorrectly, but was mad at me, spoke very disrespectful to me, butt into family conversations, I had to bag up and hull all construction waste to curb week after week. I am a 65 year old woman. Paid him $17,500 as proposal. I paid for all materials; flooring, wall panels, sinks, vanities, fixtures, lighting, toilets. Then he tells me at the end of the job I owe him $5000 more in materials. Never gave me anything in writing for what these extra materials were. I had to ask repeatedly for copies of the receipts.
