My husband and I would have been divorced over the problems we had with water damage and leaking in our houes had it not been for the builder we used. He took care of everything. He made a time schedule for us of when all the work was going to be done. His crews were always on time, efficient, and professional. They were meticulous about containing the work mess and cleaning up after their work was done. Chris was constantly at our house making sure things were done to his specifications. When he didn't like the way the painters did our window frames, he made them redo them at their expense. He was very good at communicating with us and letting us know our options and the details of the work to be done. His prices were fair and they came in at what he quoted us, so there were no surprises. Chris is well versed in builindg materials and home construction so he was able to efficienlty assess our problems and correct them. We were very pleased with the quality of work that was performed and the manner is which it was done.
