Description of Work: Donatelli Builders remodeled our kitchen.

Description of Work: It was time to replace all the windows in our house since the original builder used cheap windows when he built the home. Donatelli Builders replaced all the windows for us and in the process found moisure all around the window frames. Some windows had more than others. We also had ongoing problems with parts of our ceiling leaking when it snowed. When I asked Chris to take a look at the base trim that was separating from our wall along the stairwell, he added up all the problems and suspected there was water damage in our walls. He did a test hole in our south wall and found the insulation completely saturated with water. He did several more test holes and found the whole south wall to be saturated with water. So after replacing all our windows, he removed the drywall from the south wall of our top two floors and replaced all the insulation. He found the sources of the water problem to be originating from the roof and from lack of proper building design on the south wall. There were also issues with the tuckpointing. So he fixed our roof, he had our house tuckpointed, he fixed the water damage along our whole south wall, and we had him stuccoe over the cinderblock on the outside of our south wall for added protection against moisture.
