 + 1 moreColeman and his workmate did a very good job. He worked very hard. He was always on the job site at 7:30 AM,.... every work day. He was consciousnesses about doing the job to the very best of his ability. It was just the two of them. They work until the job was done to my satisfaction. They were on the job for eleven weeks. Very tenacious.
Description of Work: Completely stripped, down to bare wood, 95 years of exterior paint off of a lap sided two story Victorian home. Repainted with two coats of primer and two coats of finish paint in a four color scheme. The original paint was peeling and scaling badly. Coleman took it down to bare, raw wood. He sanded the entire house before applying the new primer coats. Coleman stripped off a minimum of six coats of paint. The additional base coat of the old paint needed to be shaved off with a "paint shaver" machine. Coleman did the siding, doors, windows, deck, front porch, and spindles, spindles, spindles and more spindles.
