He did my roof. I paid him and my roof still leaks. I called him several times and he said that he would come back and check it and he never did. I took him to small claims and the judge found it in my favor and I still haven’t heard anything from him. I also contacted liaison management office and they said there was nothing that they could do. I found them in the paper and I contacted him that way. They contacted him and they haven’t heard from him either. I got a letter from their office asking me if I heard anything from and him and I said nothing. He helped to fix a leak in the flat roof I had and he said he would do it for $600. I got a second leak apart from the one I already had from him going up there and doing whatever he had done. I called him back and he said he would fix it for a $1000. He came back and went up my roof and said that he found where the leak was and supposedly fixed it. I called him 3 times. He recognized my phone number so one day I called him from work and he said he would come by and he never did. He recognized my phone numbers so I had my daughter call him from her phone and she also wanted him to do a job. She asked him why he was treating a senior citizen like that and he said that he was working out of town. I haven’t heard anything from him since. I took him to small claims court. I spent money to do the documentation and all the work to the serve the warrant or whatever it is. The judge granted it in favor of me but it didn’t make him pay which didn’t make sense to me. I am annoyed that they can’t do anything after all the money that I spent filling all these papers. It doesn’t make any sense to me. It was a terrible experience. He started off being very nice and little did I know it was going to turn out this way. I last contacted with him in May when I called him from a cell phone number which he didn’t recognize.
