+ 7 moreRay was great when he came for the quote. He talked not only about what I wanted, but he did talk about the unknowns since our home is over 90 years old. He explained these are some of the items that could be "lurking" behind the wall. His quote was itemized and we could discuss each line item. He ensured that we had all permits and inspections. We passed all inspections with no issues. Since our lower cabinets were custom height for my husband and I, he built the platforms for both the range and dishwasher. He ensured that we ordered enough materials so that would have the appropriate finishes. We currently have people over for dinner and parties. Everyone loves our kitchen. It is best money we could spent. We currently have 4 friends starting to work with him.
Description of Work: Ray remodeled our kitchen and moved a closet, which included removing the old kitchen, down to the studs in all directions. He replaced the sub floor. He did all of the electrical and plumbing work including 3 new breakers. The plumbing included replacing all of the piping to the sewer line. He installed the kitchen cabinets, appliances, and lightening. He also installed tile and crown molding. He also replaced our windows.
