This problem stumped several plumbers before Bob. Some wanted to do a MUCH more drastic fix involving breaking through a wall. Bob was able to solve the problem much more elegantly, quickly...and cheaply! Bob is not the cheapest plumber, but he's very good. And and in my experience, that's usually more economical in the end. We'll definitely use Bob again...especially for less routine work.

Very trustworthy and responsible--quick response time...and honest.  Bob will fit in emergency issues --otherwise he gives you a very reasonable answer as to when he can get to you!  He is busy!  But I would only call him again for any plumbing issue I might have.

 They are wonderful people and a pleasure to work with.  I highly recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing services.

Bob's professionalism, flexibility and "teamwork" with the other subcontractors assured a smooth project and great final results When extra legacy related items were required due to inspections on this 35 year old basement or my change requests, Bob extended his work schedule to accomodate and keep the project on track. A true value add in Bob's work is his taking time to explain to me specifics of fixures and appliances he installed both in terms of awareness items and good "proactive" maintenance information. Bob's focus throughout the project was clearly on assuring quality results, and that is exactly what we have.

They did a great job. I highly recommend them. They were pretty prompt. I liked their service and professionalism. He was extremely intelligent. We did not have any problem with him. They were a little expensive. It is difficult to say as though we paid a high price we got good service. We paid what we expected to pay I think.

He is owner operated. He comes out himself, so the first time I tried to reach him he was out for several months due to knee surgery. He is honest and clearly competent. He gave me the options and made recommendations, but was willing to proceed with the course of action I wanted. He installed commercial-grade battery back-ups that require little maintenance and explained exactly how to maintain them. One of the first trustworthy plumbers who provides good service that I have found.

He comes when he tells you he will come. He was creative in thinking of ways to adapt a standardized toilet so that it flushes better. He was helpful also in trying to repair a faucet and even called the manufacturer of the faucet for me.

The day we sold our house, we had to tear up the front yard and replace the sewer pipe. They came out the same day and worked VERY hard to finish the job since we were closing the next day.

THIS PLUMBER RESISTED THE TEMPTATION TO HARD SELL ME INTO BUYING A NEW WATER HEATER!
